Well located. Easy Parking. Room comfy, bath vintage but clean. Not that noisy. And Mister Bagel 4mn walking, open from 5.30am !

I could not get the heating system to work properly. The towels were very thin. It would be helpful if the mattress were rotated for evenness of wear.

Location was very good to where I was going. Management was very good as was check-in process. The room was clean and what I needed for the one night I stayed.

The sink in the bathroom drained slowly. I think the trap needs to be cleaned out sooner than later.

Cost is important. The cost was lower than some other choices. We got what we paid for. If we pass through the area we would stay again if the cost is lowest.

This is an old property. The room was very clean..staff were friendly and very helpful! It is a good location, at least for our needs.the room was very clean, as was the bathroom…small but adequate. Thank you.

The wifi connection wasn't the best in the room.

The staff was very helpful and nice, the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Lots of channels on TV to keep you entertained. The complimentary breakfast was good and the trays were always quickly filled. As a young solo female traveller I felt very safe and taken care of.

We were a group of 5, 3 adults and 2 children. The person at the desk offered to bring a cot for the 5th person. We gladly accepted, but the cot was not the best. And I, an adult who weighs about 112 pounds and found it flimsy with mattress springs too much in evidence. ( I am someone who can sleep on practically anything, even the floor, which I would have chosen if the double bed was not suitable for 2 adults and a child. We requested the cot be removed for the second night, which it was. Suggestion: If a cot is an option, provide one in ''working order''. Another suggestion: if the reservation is made for 5 people, have the number of towels and face clothes accordingly at the start.

The convenience. And the staff. The person on duty was rapidly responsive questions. We liked that we could reserve for 3 adults and 2 children.

The internet in the room was exceptionally, restrictively slow. When we connected to it we were greeted with this message: "This service is designed for email usage and web browsing. Downloading large files or excessive use of bandwidth will result in automatic limitation of access." I am curious as to what they consider "excessive use of bandwidth" however, because my emails would not load at all. Would not recommend this spot if you plan on working remotely while on your trip. Additionally, the ventilation in the room was quite poor. The room was always damp and the A/C unit was very, very loud.

Good price, conveniently located for Portland day trips.

Room was upstairs and set back away from the road so it was pretty quiet. Could walk into Brunswick centre easily - around 15 to 20 mins. Got an unexpected free breakfast. Not lots of choice but better than nothing and a nice surprise!

It was hot so it was necessary to keep the ac on all night.

it was very clean! The location was easy to find, there was plenty of hot water, the towels were good, the room was spacious.
