We thought it was a bit pricey but we would stay there again.

The location is good, right across the street from the beach. From the outside it looked on the older weathered side, but when we opened the door to the room it was beautifully updated. The bed was super comfortable. Modern amenities. Also, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

I hate resort fees, beach chairs and towels do not cost $25 a day. Just fill in the pool, no need for it. The room is clean, but could use maintenance, one wall between rooms is bowed, grout needs redone in shower (in some spots almost missing), second floor walkway needs maintenance, and the parking is horrible (cuts the trees down and add continuous pull around the hotel.

Good location, beach in front is not a great beach for swimming as it is often brown, but not far to other beaches. Staff is excellent and hotel is clean. Room is not bad, but could use some TLC. Bed is comfortable and you don't come to Hawaii to sit in a hotel. With that being said I believe the hotel is a little overpriced, but it is Hawaii and everything is overpriced.

As noted earlier, a working pool would make a big difference. We understand it’s temporary so future guests should not be turned away because of this. Parking is tight but as long as you’re careful, one is able to maneuver around.

This is a very acceptable location for a small family. However the pool was under repair and although close to the beach, the beach is not conducive for relaxing or playing. The accommodations are fine…king bed, small pull out sofa and full kitchen. It has everything one needs for an extended stay on the island.

The outside looks outdated but don’t let that fool you. The indoor was 4 Star and recently renovated. Amazing gardens

I was tired, moody and just wanted to shower and go to bed. She made everything easy and smooth. Her customer service skills were awesome. As a company owner, one can only wish all employees were like her. I wish I had taken down her name.

You can hear noises from beside and above rooms. The walls are thin. Pool area is not usable and dirty. Utensils are not provided in kitchen area. Parking space is tight.

The bed is so comfortable and pillows are so soft. Room is bif, clean and I love the shower room. Kona coffee is free and snacks are good choices. Free use of beach towels and beach chairs! Staff are very friendly.

The size of room, location and parking were great. The staff were helpful and the additional benefit of a small garden and a small pool were welcome. One thing that would improve would be more information about local restaurants and cafes.

There were some basic things missing from the rooms like a hairdryer and hooks to hang towels or wet swimsuits on. I was able to get a hairdryer by going down to reception so that worked out okay.

The room was nice and big and everything was fairly updated. The large shower was nice after coming from a more cramped hotel elsewhere.

You can tell the property is a little aged and supplies are mis-matched (kitchen ware, furniture, etc). Technically there’s a pool which is small - personally the property would have been nicer for me if there was a garden where the pool is - the ocean is steps away. Parking could be tight at times but was available.

Gracious hosts, exceptional service for any questions or needs while on property. This is a great budget stay! The beach is literally across the street! I would stay there again.

Some of the appliances and fixtures were a little wonky. The faucet handle in my tub came off when I tried to use it. I was able to get it back on so it was ok. Also never was able to get ice or water from the fridge.

Room was huge and had everything we needed. Right across the street from the beach.
