United States of AmericaThe room needs a major remodel, very worn out. It is ski season, but paying close to $300 for a crappy room isn't fair. The breakfast food choices were minimal, yogurt, cereal and bagels. The room was packed with people so we left. People needed towels for the hot tub, but no one had done laundry, so the clerk had to do laundry, fold, check in, answer the phones and it wasn't a good thing for anyone.
The bed was comfortable and there was a good pillow selection.

United States of AmericaPillows were lumpy and small. Mini-fridge ran constantly, making a funny noise, and didn’t get cold. Bathroom flooring was spongy, like the surface layer was delaminating. There were only 3 hangers in the closet. The hot tub had a pile of sand on the bottom and the jets blew cold bubbles. In the pool's rest room the paper towel dispenser fell off the wall when I touched it. There were never any clean towels on the shelves of pool area or workout facility. The guest laundry dryer left black greasy marks on my clothes. When I complained, the front desk said, "Yeah, those machines are definitely on their way out."
Mattress was comfortable. Location is convenient. The pool was nice.

United States of AmericaRate was amazing for ski season because the property is old and run down. I don’t require fancy as long as something is clean but our room was dirty. The toilet was broken, the faucet and toilet were filthy, the fake wood floor was bubbled up, the furniture was SO beat up (black dirty edge on sofa, chunks of wood chipped off the armoire). The beds were also very hard and the pillows were lumpy. Pool was freezing, hot tub wasn’t hot enough.
Huge room, friendly staff, pool and hot tub were functioning, free breakfast included yummy waffles. Great price during ski season. Really cool staircase with beds in upstairs loft.

The breakfast was the minimum amount to be called a breakfast. The room had no soap in it when we arrived. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were too small.

There used to be a small egg hunt in the morning on Easter, decorations and a full hot breakfast on Sundays. The shower wasn’t clean. There was no bedding for the pullout in the room. Messy spaces behind counters and such in the kitchen area, poorly maintained pool area. Just sad to see how far it fell after Covid. Hope it can get back the magic it once had!
