We had to change rooms 3 times before we decided to leave the first room smelled second room toilet wouldn’t flush third room had rat poop on bed sheets

This place charged a 15.00 per car fee to park. They took a deposit for missing items and was certain to tell each person that checked in that they inventory the room. All rooms are outside entrance Even though charged for parking it was difficult to park.

That the $15 parking charge was not shown or mentioned upfront. Staff lied about it being on Expedia and a customer that used that service, stated he was shocked about the parking charges. He stated he had to click 8 times in the more section before the parking charge showed up. It felt like an entrapment.

The outside area is pretty dirty and looks bad . The person who checks us in was a bit rude . There are NO blankets at this hotel only sheets .

There is no elevator, even know they advertise as completely handicap friendly. The pool was pure chlorine. The also forget to tell you that there is a $15 parking fee per night.

The staff was just wonderful and the veiw was perfect.

So our first room was dirty. Soda all on the wall. The TV had lines and it was gross like they try to clean it but didn't. And it smelled. Also you have to pay parking which that should be highlighted on booking cause I have never had to pay parking at a hotel or motel. Just crazy. And it wasn't cheap.

breakfast could have had meat! we were notified that they had to cancel room while we were driving from Oklahoma and then we were told we would be accommodated but the next day, we were told if we want to check in early we had to pay 40 more dollars in which we had to pay we were hour and 1/2 early and we wouldn't have had to do that if they didn't cancel the day before.. our 4 year old ended up getting sick so we had no choice. they didn't accommodate us at all. the floor was filthy...

Property needs updated. Breakfast doesn't meet diabetic standards it is all carbs which are bad for diabetics. Couldn't eat breakfast.

Smoke alarm was making noise all night long. Air conditioning unit is very close to the bed and froze me on the edge.

The unit I had rented was not available, and they were unable to get it ready for us. So we were put in 2 separate rooms instead of my kids and I being kept together. The floors of the rooms were so dirty it stained out socks.

I liked that the front desk staff let us store our luggage until our unit was ready. Also stored our luggage after we checked out before our Uber arrived. Breakfast was EXCELLENT, we were early and the front desk person seemed irritated (rightfully so, we didn't look at the time).

It was not as clean as I’d like. The bed was not comfortable at all. There were Cheerios on the floor. The air conditioner blew air but it was not cold. Barely slept at all.

We stayed 2 nights they did not make the bed or change out towels. the room had vnyl floors and were so dirty that a towel turned black when whiping up the floor.

It was nice for the price.

Stood in line for over an hour to check in, and there was no event happening. Paying to park at a motel with no real security is ridiculous. The unknown bugs in the room were not great to find.

The place was dirty. I had a roach crawl out of the shower. It didn't look like it had really been wiped down in a long time. Lamps had large amounts of dirt and grime. I had to retrieve an item from behind the end table and found other peoples belongings, also very dirty behind it.

Hot showers. Amazing location, right on the beach. Staff was very friendly, and at least there was a quick breakfast.

Room floor was filthy. Shower wash and lotion were empty (big pump bottles secured to walls). Breakfast was 7-9 but at 8:30 everything but dry cereal was gone including coffee and trash was overflowing. No one attending.

The room was updated and mostly clean. Temperature control was good. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful.

I liked that the rooms were actually better than the outside of the hotel. As soon as I saw the outside I was saying to myself oh no. But I was pleasantly surprised the inside was much better than expected. For the money it was definitely a plus
