Someone booked next to me who had 2 dogs and they left them unattended and they barked and howled until the owners got there. Other than that it was a good time.

Breakfast was probably the only thing that really disappointed me. There was a time when “breakfast” at a hotel, even a bargain hotel, meant some eggs, or some kind of protein, or at the very least, a bowl of fruit would be offered. I try to be more health conscious with my and my children’s diet. There is also the problem that we have some food sensitivities to gluten and dairy, and one of my kids has Celiac disease. The “breakfast” offered was 100% processed, packaged, artificial, gluten laden junk. Not even a banana or an apple to hold you over until you could get out. For what we paid, I wouldn’t complain. This was the cheapest decent hotel in town. You get what you pay for. Totally understand. I’ve also, in the past, seen cheap little motels that promise “breakfast” and just put out a loaf of white bread and a jar of peanut butter. You really never know what you’re going to get. Everything else about this hotel was so nice, I was just bummed that only one if my kids could actually eat breakfast. (Also the coffee is TERRIBLE)

The hotel was clean, our room was perfectly comfortable and tidy. The staff was welcoming. There was a gym and a pool. (We didn’t get to enjoy the pool during our short stay, but it was there)

Our bathroom didn’t have any soap, none of any kind.. hand soap or shampoo. The windows shades was tore up.

We had a 2 hour wait for our rooms to be clean. Zane the worker wasn’t pleasant about me wanting to know how long exactly would it be before we can check in after he said it would be about a 15-30 minutes. I requested an extra roll out bed when I reserved the room. I didn’t get the extra bed. There were no face towels and only one big towel in the room for a family of 6.

We booked because if breakfast but the breakfast lady did not show up . I asked to be close to elevator because of two knee surgeries and my friend having hip replacement I was assured we were we were the end of hall . It seemed they would rather accommodate dogs they were close to elevator we were two elderly handicapped ladies put at end of hall.

There was untreated ice in the parking lot. There was no black out curtains in the room and a huge parking lot light that shined through the window. Made it hard to sleep. Also there was no waffle mix and that would have made the breakfast ALOT BETTER. When checking out, we were barely recognized as the person was on his phone.

Location The girl that checked us in was great. Very friendly and gave great instructions on where everything was. She had a smile on her face.

Bed was a little hard and it got scratched up on my face by the feather pillow.

Fire alarm went off at 4a every 20 min for an hour. No one was at the front desk when we arrived at 11p. Called out and phoned. No answer for 10 minutes. When they finally showed up, front desk person was in their jammies and obviously had been sleeping. Air freshener on the heater was awful, made it hard to breathe.

that it needed to be updated there a lot! carpet In the hallways look horrible n our picture on our tv was tinted green. it needed updated too. cost to much to stay there when there’s so much wrong with the place the pool is the only good for the place. learned my lesson to spend 10 more on a place actually worth staying.

When we arrived the first room we were put in had no tv or fridge, they tried a second room however it was still occupied, then the third room had no water, however the fourth room was fine and staff did everything they could with what they had and apologized even though it was not their position to do so.

We wanted our room cleaned every day and our sheets changed. we got new towels every day but the bed was just thrown together. some times the trash was not emptied . the elevator broke twice. we were on the 3rd floor. My wife has Parkinson's and it was very hard to walk up 3 floors. On our last day it was broken I had to carry all my luggage down all 3 flights

Clocks not rigt time. Microwave time "light" located in a spot that wasn't ok for someone trying to sleep. Pillow to darn soft. Bathroom floor to slippery for a person using a walker. A/C unit set to high cold. All in all for $100. 👎👎👎👎👎 No star's 😆😂

I had a little trouble spotting it. It sets behind a restaurant, and I initially passed it and had to turn around.

Refreshments by the front desk at all times, and very comfortable beds. Although we didn’t get to eat it, they had a wonderful continental breakfast in the cafe.

The workers were amazing but the facility definitely needs updates, we paid for a room with a jacuzzi and it didn’t work, I tried to open the closet door to get a hanger and the whole door came off. The pool was just under construction and closed until April 1st and it didn’t seem that it had any upgrades. These are updates that are going to have to come from higher up in the chain.

The workers were amazing it was our honeymoon and Jessica had us a surprise waiting in our room when we got there. Everyone that sat at the front desk seemed like they loved their job and they cared to talk to us as we walked by.

I purchased a hot tub room and paid extra cost for us not to able to use hot tub because I looked not cleaned at all
