You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel was great for our one night stay. Very accommodating and friendly. We like to travel with our dog. We've found that some hotels that are pet friendly have a tendency to not be as clean as others, but that was not the case. Everything was perfect. Good Location and easy to get around to different parts of town. Nice breakfast setup too!

United States of AmericaWe've stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past 3 years and every time we go, there is only 1 person working the desk. The front desk is usually rather busy with checking people in when we arrive, due to the fact that there is an event nearby that we are staying for, and so are a lot of the other guests. So, checking in takes a little longer than a bigger hotel with multiple people at the desk would. It wasn't terrible, but it would have been nice to have a second person available to check in guests.
I love the beds and ceiling fan in the room we stayed in! The space in the room and bathroom are nice as well.

Area is humid and they had dehumidifiers in the room which was great and very helpful; however, extremely noisy so you had to turn off to sleep at night. Upon waking would be humid in room but workable.

United States of AmericaI was never told or read anything that said that they clean rooms every third day, second night of our stay my wife called to front desk to order clean towels cause ours were used from the day prior and she was told that they had a note to clean our room every third day, on the third day the room was never cleaned, bed wasn't made we pretty much did our own bed every day, towels were changed out, trash was not taken out, floor was vacuumed, again my wife goes to front desk to get more clean towels and was told that they were short staff, so don't know what story is correct every third day or short staff, on Friday night when we got back from the convention the bed had been made no fresh sheets wasn't bothered much by it. Sunday when checking out didn't even get a smile, and when asked for a receipt I was told it would be emailed, that's when I asked I need a printed one, the guy looked bothered by it. I will stay there again but next I will ask for better service.
I really enjoyed breakfast the area was always kept clean, fresh coffee all the time all day, on the first night I checked in I was received very professionally with a smile. My room was clean and very comfortable very nice view, bed was awesome very good lighting smelled very good I usually carry my own fragrance and I didn't need to use it.
