The location is amazing, but the building looks like a terror movie from outside and in the inside room everything (furniture, curtains, apparels) look expired and bad smelling, like their lifecycles have gone long ago. The pool is decadent and in the middle of construction sites.

The access from the hotel to the beach was destroyed by a storm I don't know how long ago, which obliged us to a 5-minute walk to the public access to the beach. The beach itself is the good memory I have from the staying. It is worth to get up early to see the sunrise on the horizon. Incredibly beautiful. The room was big, but that's all for good. The breakfast was also reasonable, nothing exceptional, but in a budget, it won't bore you for a couple of days.

It was a beautiful room and the breakfast was delicious but the view was horrendous 😅 idk maybe you could put a flower box in the windows to have something pleasant to look at it. I was in 233 and I absolutely love the split room it really worked out well for us because my mother snores. Also not much of a pet area I couldn't really hang out with Alice anywhere, I think you should allow dogs in the grassy area by the pool. Also I was shocked that there was no beach access and I had to walk over to the public beach next door to access the beach and this was never mentioned to me upon booking or arrival. Staff were wonderfully helpful and welcoming. May stay again but not more than one or two nights due to the awkwardness of it all 😅

The parking space is very close to each other so bringing a family car or a full size SUV will be difficult to park. Also, the bed linens are full of lint that at night time you can feel it like sleeping in sand. Their sofa were sandy when we get there. My two boys slept in the sofa bed after we cleaned it and found small roaches crawling on bed sheets the next day. Nobody slept on the sofa again. Informed the front desk and she just told us that she will inform the management. Nothing was done and we stayed there for 2 days.

We like the breakfast-it’s light and easy to digest and it’s complete to help us start the day. The location is close to almost everything you needed from the pharmacy to pubs and restaurants and gift shops. The view is nice since it’s beachfront.

Right now the access to the beach is under construction and all the exterior of the building looks teared down, you need to walk around and access the beach through a public parking next door, the bedding and pillows could it be better as well as the breakfast

This isn't a big thing but in order for the remote to work you have to stand directly in front of the TV. Front desk changed it 3 times. The hot tub and access to the beach was not available due to hurricane damage.

The view was nice once I upgraded to an ocean view. The bed was very comfortable. The location is within 10 minutes of shopping, restaurants and attractions. The staff was nice.

Really, the repairs, but considering what is going on, they’re working diligently making things happen. On Booking I’d like to have seen a notice of what was going on at this location. Repairs … I googled this hotel just before we left and found the pool and beach access issue. You can reach the pool normally. the beach access is around the building.

In spite of all the repairs happening on this property due to the hurricanes we were pretty pleased. This was our first trip with our pet and was very happy that the pet fee was reasonable and pet friendly. A small area to take them for their outdoor needs but it was clean. if they need longer walks there’s plenty of sidewalk. I was disappointed that pets weren’t allowed on the beach except at certain places. The pool area was nice, the pool did have sand but while we were there a lot of storms and wind so of course it’s going to have sand. Since having our pet we didn’t have the room checked each day, but the staff were always working on rooms and even though we didn’t ask we had extra towels brought to us. Everyone was nice. Even the contractors working waited to start and were respectful. To get to the beach it wasn’t that far to put your feet in the sand, just around the building. We didn’t have a beach view, if we had we would’ve had more room to hang towels and dry things. I’ll say before we left for our trip I was very anxious because I had read reviews. Once we got there it all made since. I’d stay at this one again but next time make sure I have a ocean view. it’s really pretty. We only had the breakfast once but got there later in the morning.

They did not have a disclaimer when I booked that the hotel has damages and the beach access is closed. We had to walk to a location next door in order to get on the beach.

The balcony’s need to be redone. It would have been nice to be notified that they would be making roof repairs and that they had no beach access. When looking under the bed for something I dropped, it was pretty dusty.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. I found someones shoes under the bed. The balcony railing needs to be redone, paint chips got all over me. The door latch lock was becoming unscrewed and made it difficult to open and close the door. The beds were not that comfy. The mattress was hard. I think they still use spring mattresses.

I didn’t like that due to damage there was direct beach access or hot tub. Although this isn’t the hotels fault, if I had known this was the case I would have booked a different hotel honestly.
