there wasn't much I didn't like. the room service was so sweet when I told them I didn't need anything they were sweet about it and made sure we had everything we needed and then left us the staff was friendly and kind so overall I have nothing bad too say

the staff is friendly and kind. the breakfast was good. the facility is clean and neat. not a lot of noise. check in was simple and easy. they gave us extra towels and were attentive to our needs. overall a good clean friendly place.

The facility is aging out, elevator requires or will soon require service Parking is fair, several larger commercial vehicles using more than one space. With all the growth around it I am sure an update or refresh to the facility is coming. Items to be addressed: Lighting in .estroom, Fire escape/stairwell locks, Elevator both buttons and ride/floor stop transitions.

Hotel looked a little rundown. Missing base boards in lobby elevator. Could use some sprucing up. Elevator didn’t work that great and was dirty. There was no do not disturb sign to use.

Needs a refresh. Hall carpets are very stained, elevator is so slow…only 2 floors but takes over 5min just to get the elevator to come down to the 1st floor to get on it.

My room was hot when I got in there. Ni wish they had scheduled a room prior to me getting there so the ac could have been on. Also the AC was making a terrible noise throughout the night. I was just too tired to ask for another room. I was not there very much but still those two issues were the downfall of the trip. Otherwise all was hoid.

Rooms were nice and clean. Easy to get to. And had a lot of businesses and restaurants in the vicinity. Front desk workers were very nice.

AC was off when we came in. With the high humidity and heat the room smelled to high heaven. They sprayed an overpowering air freshener for us which was appreciated but a lot. Issues with the wiring. One lamp turned on and off on its own several times. (They should check the wiring for the elevator as well.) Breakfast was cold and not very tasty. The fridge that held the milk wasn't cooling.

The staff was wonderful. Tried to make our stay better. The bed was soft and comfortable. Good pillows.

Great staff from the front desk to the person in the kitchen. Hot massaging shower with a bathtub that drains. Cool AC. Soft towels. Comfortable king size bed with very soft pillows and linen. Overall a great 2 night stay.

Advertised a hot breakfast...all they put out on Monday was cereal and breakfast bars..said not enough people for hot breakfast..also no hair dryer in room. The place was clean..but we won't pick it again.

Rooms not 100% clean - the dog found popcorn behind the side tables and carpets not fully vacuumed. AC made the room "damp." It looked like folks were doing the best they could but the place looked very tired

Room was not worth the amount being charged. There was rotting subfloor in the bathroom and a dead bug near the door when we entered. This property needs repairs.

Housekeeping saw we had an extra traveler and immediately met us with additional towels and bedding without our having to ask. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Didn’t necessarily not like it, but you can tell the property has been there for awhile. Not a huge issue for me but some people prefer “newer” facilities. Definitely didn’t like my door being BANGED ON at 10:30am. Way before the 12 NOON checkout that I confirmed with the front desk! The slamming of doors across the hall from other guests.

Comfortable bed although I almost needed a step stool to get onto it because it was so high. Cold AC. Hot shower in a full tub. Really liked the Texas waffle, bacon, sausage and biscuits for breakfast.

Check in clerk was distracted and seemed preoccupied. Had an argument with someone from the housekeeping staff while I was trying to check in. I know employees are few, hard to find and overwhelmed at this time. A "free" breakfast was advertised as part of the nightly stay price. A few packaged cookies and some small apples do not a breakfast make. Other locations I've stayed lately have opened up at least part of their breakfast area. Only decaf coffee both mornings, well before the 9:00AM breakfast end time. Asked if more was being made. Rudely told that was it. In room Coffee maker only had decaf coffee packets, no sugar, no stirrers. Had to go to front desk and wait for clerk to show up. She did furnish regular coffee packets. Mold on bathroom ceiling in bathroom. Elevator floor bell was too loud and I was 5 rooms down the hall from the elevator. Refrigerator had a loud, annoying clicking noise. But otherwise, it worked nicely.

Room and beds were very clean and comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Good size tv. Excellent, quiet and efficient air conditioner Excellent location to all things Kyle.
