Having the door banged on at 10 am and someone trying to open the door. Very suspicious and made us uncomfortable.

There was an issue with an unattended dog that we received a phone call from front desk accusing us of letting our dogs bark. That dog barked from 9 pm thru 1 am and we did not get offered a waiver or refund from our inability to sleep

When I got in the hallway,the entire hallway smelled like skunk(Marijuana). So did our room. It resonated under the door. Second night was no smell. I didn't like the sink outside the bathroom.

This property is really old and because of that very dirty. The locks and door jams were really loose, a good push and someone could break into your room. I had my dog which made me more comfortable about being there. The property needs a fresh paint and an upgrade for security reasons.

Good location, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Has an indoor pool which was a blessing after being in the car with 2 kids. Allowed them to swim and get energy out while we waited for the dinner to be delivered. The breakfast was good. The milk had gone bad and when I told the front desk they immediately went and washed the container and brought out fresh so my kid could eat her cereal. Beds were very comfortable

The facility starts to show its age. The group felt it did not smell clean, carpets questionable.

On our last night there, somehow there was a glitch in the computer and at 12 midnight someone was trying to get into our room. Fortunately, the safety lock was attached. But woke us up and then we were unsettled the rest of the night.

The front desk employee who checked me in seemed like he did not care that I was there at all, lol. He handed me my room key, made me sign a form for my dogs, then sent me on my way.

Very spacious room. The hotel is in an area with a lot of other hotels and restaurants, so it feels safe. Breakfast included a couple of hot options, like scrambled eggs and sausage links, which is always nice to have.

The comforter had a blood stain on it and 2 of our pillows had stains on them. Also the tile floor in the room was sticky, 2 of the light bulbs were out in our lamps in the room, and the walls had scratches and scuff marks all over it.

Poor pillows. I didn’t care for the hard wood floors in the room. The rooms are very dark but the bathroom had nice lighting.

Room floor in desperate need of cleaning, sticky spots in many places, 1 spot felt like a puddle of syrup that we cleaned with a rag cause we kept walking through it and getting sticky socks.

Good value for price point, but many things need fixes-bathroom door wouldn't close, pool door wouldn't open with key, side entrance door broken from outside, ac not cooling room, pool water very cold-nothing major we couldn't deal with, just small issues.
