I had little sugar ants all over my room from the minute I got there and I kind of just let it happen and not worry about it because there wasn't a lot they were in the bathroom. As my weekend stay went on more and more of them came and they were on dressers and everything.

The staff was probably some of the nicest staff I've ever dealt with.

The automatic lights are a pain when you want to sleep at night. Pool was on the colder side.

Breakfast was very good; many different options. Beds were comfy. Large refrigerator in the suite.

Stayed a week! Was integrated by a staff member every time I went out and came back in. You would think after a couple days they would know who they guests are!

room on 3 rd floor no elevator this is reason we wouldn't stay again. Also charges made in error to my debit card and attempted charges to my son's bank account card as well Now being told it will take up to 7-10 days for the charges to roll off that they weren't actually charged but they were put on as a hold after the whole was already paid for Completely and deposit also taken out of his debit card at time of check in no reason to ever bill my personal debit card It wasn't used for billing it was used to hold the room initial reservation another Reason we would not stay again explanation from the manager ULA was she didn't know why It was charged

I chose this location because there was a hot tub to soak in after being on the road for 24 hours. There were no indications that the hot tub would be out of order until we got there and checked in and put our swim suits on just to go down to a very cold indoor pool area with a bone dry empy hot tub.

The breakfast was great and the staff were all nice. The facilities were clean and kept well.

There was hair in the bathtub and sink. The room was extremely cold when we arrived and the beds were poorly made. The cleaning staff in the morning woke us before our alarm was suppose to go off with their loud music that was still playing when we left before we planned to.

The location was near restaurant and public transportation. The breakfast was hot and tasted good.

Rooms are not properly insulated from noise. Heard everything going outside my door including the staff cracking jokes at 1am. Pool and jacuzzi were closed for maintenance, I would have booked elsewhere if I knew that. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Tiny pillows on the bed, requested extra pillows, desk clerk was only able to provide one extra. Pool and hot tub closed by health department.

It was fine, bed was comfortable, didn't go down for breakfast, so I don't know how it was. Desk clerks were nicer this time than on our previous stays.

Only 2 thing was the night front desk lady was very nice. An our dog got attacked by another dog in parking lot cus other dog wasn't on a leash.

One of the reasons I picked this place through filters on booking was for the pool and hot tub, when arrived there is Utah department of health signs closing the pools on the pool door. So kids were very brought down. Would have been nice if was informed about issue on booking site because definitely would not have stayed.

didn’t like the fact the the pool was shut down and wasn’t informed about it, didn’t like the fact that house keeping is going door - door to inform you that check out is at 11:00am when it was only an 10:00am sharp in the morning.

Breakfast was not impressive due to their lack of attention. Would have been a good hot breakfast if everything was regularly replaced and refilled.

I loved the large comfy plush bed. It was clean and nicely made.room was large and clean and all amenities were fully stocked.nice big t.v was a plus as well. Bathroom was also nice with a large mirror.

slept terribly because the room lights are motion activated so every time i rolled over, the light turned on and woke me up they didn’t snow plow the parking lot cappuccino machine was messed up there was garbage from someone else in the waste basket
