I wish we had the option for smoking rooms but I get it at the same time... It's completely understandable why it's not allowed.

Specifically chose location because of the indoor pool. Pool was disgusting. Smell of mold was overwhelming. Opened window. Didn't help. Adapter that provided service to TV was connected to the back of the cabinet (see picture attached). Clicker was useless. I paid way too much in order to not even be able to do the one thing that caused me to select this property. Waste of my money and did not get to enjoy time with grandkids swimming which was the entire purpose! Heartbroken babies and furious Nanny.

Room size; front desk staff, Amanda, was a doll & know definition of customer service!

There was lady bugs all over the ceiling! The room had dried blood on the walls carpet stained,the sheets were dingy. We were placed on the 4th floor. Staff was very rude Never again will I stay here. I rather sleep in my car

The room was clean, beds were very comfortable. It was easy to maintain the temperature we wanted for the room. The entire hotel smelled clean and fresh. Breakfast was tasty, plenty choices, warm things warm, cold things cold, area clean and inviting.

Always stay here when we come to Lindale. Staff is great, facility is clean and in a good location. Parking lot is well lit.

The rooms are quite damp seemingly due to inadequate ventilation. Everything in the room that was metal had rusted, but was painted over with metallic paint. The aesthetics of it aren’t what bothered me as much as the overall climate of the room and feeling of dampness. Living in south Louisiana I am quite accustomed to humidity, but this is a function of not having adequate climate control. I would be surprised if there aren’t unseen issues with mold, which is concerning.

The staff was wonderful, as was the location.

The tile in the restroom was broken and no shower curtain.

It was in a good location near fast food places and a store. The room was clean and staff was really nice.

hot water did not work upon arrival - we had a wedding to attend shortly after arrival, pillows were not comfortable, a/c was questionable throughout night

We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a odor like strong mildew as soon as you got off the elevator. The room was musty but cleared with turning on the ac. The water pressure was not great and almost busted my butt in the shower.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds were so comfortable. It was convenient to hwy. Good value. Breakfast was nice with a good options.

We weren't able to use the pool due to the pool not passing the state inspection. That was not informed to me in advanced and if I would have know I would have canceled and have gone to another hotel my husband and I chose your hotel because we could swim I asked if we could get a discount since I had no pool access and was told no.

Nice size room comfortable bed

The bed was awful uncomfortable. The pillows were old. There was hair on my pillows. The pool wasn’t clean. The whole facility needed a facelift on the inside. The bedding and bed was so old. I couldn’t believe we paid 145 $ for the quality of room we had.

The lady at the desk when we got there that day was extremely helpful & nice . The night shift couldn’t be found for being outside smoking & talking. The man at checkout was very nice!

Very limited options for breakfast. No peanut butter or bananas . Who doesn’t stock peanut butter or bananas? Terrible layers of rust on the fixtures. Tired property!
