They did not transfer my reservation to the nearest hotel in Tampa FL. But theystill charged my credit card. I never checked in because the hotel was too far away.

Half of it is undergoing renovation—which will be a good thing. BAD: the credit card I was asked to leave on file was almost immediately compromised. By the next morning, someone had stolen used the number. Had to cancel the card, which can be problematic when traveling. I like to have 2 that are operational, and this left me with only one. Plus the hassle.

Beds rather small, air conditioning loud and breakfast - not much choice!

We had to leave at 6.30am to catch a flight. Only stayed here as flight was delayed overnight. Room was clean.

Good afternoon I was disappointed that when I went to breakfast there was a huge coffee spill in front of the counter where the coffee and microwave was. There was a mop and buck there but the spill was not cleaned up. Rhevenne and Lila were working for breakfast time. I observed Lila sitting out in the lobby while I had to step around the spill to get coffee and use the microwave. I would think that a spill would be cleaned up immediately. If I would have fallen and got hurt, I would maybe be the next owner of the La Quinta hotel. I stayed at your hotel about a year ago and the tub was leaking and the bed was broken and tilted towards the center of the bed. I was in a hurry to get home so I didn't say anything then. I should have because I paid $100 for the room.

The property is in desperate need of a major update and there was no working wifi as advertised. We were however told about the wifi on checkin and the lady was very apologetic.

stains on carpet; phone did not reach the front desk so I had to walk down there; shower has basically no pressure at all; there was no INTERNET, which is a huge problem for a hotel; coffee pot was in the bathroom -- I don't drink coffee, but that was weird; the latch lock for the door did not work;

It wasn’t clean the blanket was dirty. The carpet as well and we found a cockroach. And they say that breakfast included and there was 2 items for people like 1 fruit and 1 bottle of water 🤔🤔🤔

Breakfast ran from 6-9 I believe. When I went at 8 All they had for breakfast was microwave breakfast sandwiches which I got the last one, some stuff to toast,and cereal but they ran out of milk.

It’s a older motel type property, with old equipped rooms. Old noisy air con, bathroom needed a refurb and the place was just very well used

Hard to control in Florida, but there was a cock roach in our room and and some small ants in the microwave. I needed some extra hangers as we were there for a wedding, but front desk didn't have any extras.

Rom was a super good value. Location as excellent; near several types of restaurants and a mall. Since we hd a red eye, the option of getting an early 7 am check-in for an additional $50 was a huge bonus.
