Workers can barely speak English. And don't know, or care, about customer service. We were 2 minutes late for breakfast and the guy working it didn't respond to us. (Language!?) He proceeded to pour the last bit of waffle batter into the waffle iron and when it was cooked started eating it himself! We told them at the desk about the terrible stench from the garbage around the second-floor elevator and the service desk guy hollered at me saying he took it away. I then went to the second floor, where our room was, and it was still there. To achieve that level of putrefied stink meant the garbage must have been sitting long enough to ferment! Nasty!! Trash was strewn in the hallway. It was still there the next day when we were leaving. It's hard to trust the cleanliness of your room when this is happening. The bathtub seemed to have been caulked by a child. Poor job. Easy to redo and fix right it they cared, but it's a foreign owned hotel, family run and only profit is important. We've stayed there before, but I think it will be our last time,

The only thing going for it is the location and the price. Service, cleanliness and breakfast are all negatives.

confusion on getting my stay extended, front desk didn't let housekeeping know that I was staying another day and they went into my room, cleaned up and confiscated my belongings and threw away my food and drinks.

The beds were sunken. They weren't horrible but you definitely got stuck in the center. The A/C sounded like a plane was landing. Worse was the breakfast, came down at 9. No eggs or butter. Basically you got a waffles or cereal. It was a mess too. I asked for butter and told there was cream cheese, but no bagels. Again, for the price, you get what you paid for. And we just slept after going to Hard Rock.

The hotel served its purpose of a place to sleep while we went gambling close by. Small, old hotel.

The property wasn’t or hasn’t been maintained the elevator wasn’t functioning I never received turn down service. The breakfast was very limited.

The hotel is dirty, the hallways were dirty.Even the girl at the check in was dirty disgusting. Her white shirt was gray because was dirty. The hotel needs to be shut down by the Health Department and the employees should not be working there, send them to clean drains and streets. One of the employees was brushing his hair in the breakfast area and that was disgusting.

The facility was poorly maintained. The breakfast was terrible. We got there at 830 am. No food left. They lady at the front just shrugged her shoulders.

The refrigerator in the room didn't work. The air conditioner was also sub par as I had to put it to its lowest setting in order to sleep comfortably.

I did not like a 100 dollar deposit being added to my bill. I asked if I could pay it in cash and was told no the next morning I found that wasn't true. At checkout I was told 2 days before it was posted back to my account and now being told a week and that is a bank problem I am having. I took a greyhound when I checked out and all my luggage was lost. That 100 dollars is much needed right now.

Hallway way dirty. Elevator was very dirty. The breakfast! Place was dirty, out of stuff, said truck didn’t run!! Tables dirty, counters had spilled syrup, waffle mix . Young people were at the front desk working. I went there and told them they were out of waffle mix. There was a little in the container, she took it to the back and put water in it, unbelievable. Didn’t even try to clean up the mess, I offered to clean.

Wifi strength was poor. Could not cast mobile to the TV, the cast link itself was not opening. Breakfast options were very limited. Raw eggs were there in the breakfast but there was no option to cook(boil or toast on a pan). The breakfast area was not clean on 24-Dec.
