Hotel carpet and lighting needs updated

The property is in need of a refresh. The hallway carpet is pretty stained up but the room was nicer.

The staff was very friendly and let us use the pool with the grandkids after check out as we had a midafternoon flight home. That saved us a huge hassle of finding something to do between checkout and trip to airport.

Water in bathroom was very hot and wasn’t able to be adjusted. Maintenance worker did take a look and tried to help, temperature was a little better but still very warm.

This is an older property. In our room, the mattresses were sunken in, the paint on the walls was either stained or chipped (in some spots), the AC unit was incredibly loud, and one side of the room has electrical issues.

I like the location of this property. It was very close to two major highways, Busch Gardens, and the USF Tampa Campus. I liked the staff because they were very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the free breakfast. There were many food options, and it helps to save some money in comparison to going out to buy breakfast every day.

Very old, run down. All the carpet needs to be replaced.

Location was ideal. Checkin area was the nicest. Breakfast included had many options. Staff were friendly.

The parking was not accessible due to the lot lights not working. Staff wanted us to park on opposite side of building due to safety reasons. Also staff did not answer phone when I called several times

Other than the TV. Everything in the room needed to be cleaned and/or updated. I've stayed in much nicer for less money.

The maintenance and repairs are poorly done. I see a property heading in the wrong direction.

The carpets, the bed sheets, bathrooms, towels, floors, everything was either dirty or so beaten up, the room smelled humid. The price should be like half of what we payed, and the pictures online should not be photoshopped.

Bathroom plumbing needs a little work. Shower pull was very hard to engage.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He even called us an hour after checking in to confirm our room was satisfactory. The room smelled of disinfectant and was very clean. Bed was very comfortable which is important. We will return to this hotel in a couple of weeks.

The hotel looks maintained from outside, but once you start walking to your room, you really start seeing its age. The carpet is stained everywhere, and the room was showing its age. Older furniture, including a microwave with two outlets, I’ve never seen that. The bed was very hard, my husband and I had back pain the rest of the next day. Breakfast was not good, I would call it breakfast, it was more of a gimmick to get you in through their door and satisfy the “breakfast included” label.

The location was great, about a mile from Busch Gardens and there is many locations to grab food near by. It’s not the best neighborhood, but it was fine.

Hallway carpeting is worn and doesn't look clean. Elevator is old and clunky so we used the stairs. Shower valve was old and difficult to use.

Hotel is reasonably priced. Room was attractive and clean. Bed was very comfortable and linens were nice. Location is excellent for activities at USF Tampa.

Property was in poor shape and not as clean as it could have been.

Very dated. Old tacky furniture. Paint chipped on doors. The breakfast was just ok. For a whopping $200+ one night stay I was underwhelmed. Also people lingering in parking lot wasnt the nicest experience when coming back late at night.
