The included breakfast was one of the better ones we encountered travelling across California and Utah. Room was comfortable and the pool a welcome addition after a day hiking. Good place!

The property is under renovation and I wasn’t aware. I booked a deluxe family room. We were assigned to a room that was awful, first floor, dark, no view and the furniture was in disrepair , the faux leather on the couch was torn and missing in several parts, the room appeared to be cleaned but it felt dirty. Later that evening I requested a change in room and the front lady was very accommodating and gave us a new room in a renovated part of the facility. This room met my expectations much better. Breakfast was soso.

Our room, 211, felt like we were in the basement. We were given the option of first or second floor and we chose first because the check-in rep said “no stairs!” But there are no stairs- there’s a ramp. No place to put anything (our personal products) in the shower.

Breakfast was okay. The cleaning staff pushed carts around during the night and early morning, it was very noisy in the 2nd-floor rooms. I was woken up several times by this.

Definitely under renovation and will be better… rug not attached to the floor, some outlets didn’t work, some not plugged in and couldn’t be with the furniture configuration. They’ll figure it out and I hope it isn’t too pricey when it becomes a Marriot

Overall, good stay and close to Zion National Park. The room was clean and seems like they’ve been renovated. Our room had a walk-in closet, which was great for storage/luggage. WIFI was fairly slow. Room was a bit hot (late April) and for some reason I couldn’t get the air conditioner to turn on. We had to open the windows at night. Breakfast was good, but nothing to rant about. The biggest annoyance was probably the limited seating during breakfast.

Our king room had only two drawers for clothing. There was only one desk chair, and the sofa was not a convenient place for sharing anything on the desktop (snacks, small meals, etc) The window coverings were either open to let in the light or total black-out. Sheers would have been nice so as to have some light with hints of privacy. Our room was very dark, with dark rug, and the lights focused on the corners or at the bedside, the rest of the room was gloomy at best. The shower/tub plumbing seemed to float in the wall--when we turned off using the valve, the whole thing moved behind the wall. The water flow was ok, and it did not leak, just wiggled when touched (cheap job). But, maybe these will be addressed during the renovation. I hope so.

Any current review (April 2024) may not be valid for long, as the property has just changed hands 2 weeks ago and is beginning an extensive renovation. We were in one of the not-yet renovated rooms. That being said --- Staff was super friendly and helpful. Located an easy walk (about 1 mile gradual uphill) to the Park entrance, and located in the midst of most of the local eateries and coffee shops. Large pool, but I did not get a chance to enjoy it. Plenty of parking. W-fi worked great (with logon, so somewhat secure) There are some benches where you can sit and get great views of the sunset against the rock canyon wall (see photo)

Laundry room was under renovations so we had to use the laundromat bit it was right near the hotel (walking distance) Also no big trash can in the room but we didn't mind!

This place was AMAZING. The nicest hotel I've been to! The views of Zion are amazing. We got the cheapest room and had a huge closet, rainfall shower head and amazing accommodations! The room was very clean and clearly updated recently. The town of Springdale is amazing. This hotel is walking distance to everything and you can take the shuttle right to Zion! There's no question that we will be back. Even if this place is a little more than others STAY HERE. You won't regret it!
