Little issues with ants... Found hair and dust . And there was like no bowls to use for salads etc.. would be nice to have a large bowls to mix things in. And big minus> No outside grilling..like it's non-existent.. which is wierd. . Extra towels for swimming would be nice too. Otherwise great place

Everything was great. Views are spectacular. Weather was nice. Pool was great. Game room was nice too. Easy to find location. Overall I give it a 4 out of 5. (4/5) if everything that I've mentioned was there (a little more cleaner place is a MUST especially in bathroom =someone's hair is not pretty thing to find ) bowls and grill to use . I would definitely give it a good 5/5.

There was no blinds for the front door window. Felt uneasy that anyone can look into the condo.

I didn’t like that the front door glass you can look right into the living room. There was no privacy when it came to that. Anyone could look in the window and see everything. The jetted tub did not work. The bed needs to be up off the floor as it shows in the pictures.

Location to town was very easy. It was a very quiet location off the grid but also very close to center of town.

The condo didn’t have enough utensils and pots to cook with. Had to go buy a set of cookware to be able to cook.

It was difficult finding the room. We saw a cleaning lady and she helped us to find our unit.

There is no shade/curtain over the balcony doors. The furniture and beds are very low to the ground. After walking in the mountains all day getting out of that low to the ground bed was a challenge!

The location was close enough to the main strip to be there in minutes, but it was far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet! The unit was super clean and freshly remodeled! Very nice!

There were light switches that we never found out what they went to. There were items in the kitchen to use to prepare meals, but it was hodge-podge and missing a spatula. It isn't now because we left one. The wifi went out halfway through, but I didn't call about it so they may have corrected it if I did. My husband didn't like the jets in the tub didn't work.

We liked that it was off the main drag and peaceful. It was a short trip to Dollywood and even had an access to avoid the strip to get to the grocery store and the Island. There was plenty of room for 10 adults and 2 kids. I thought we received a really good value.

no extra towels… 4 bedrooms and reservations for 8 adults and 3 kids…only had enough for one time then had to do laundry… who wants to take time to do laundry on a mini vacation? if had known would have packed my own towels and wash cloths…had to buy trash bags only left 2 bags for us

One small pan to make breakfast, kitchen was not equipped. Noise from above condo all night long, every night could not sleep. Only 3 towels, toaster was poor.

Many things were in need of repair. Condo needs to be more finished. It needs more seating and decor.

Barely any TV channels and no cable TV in the bedrooms. The bed was worse than sleeping on the ground. When arrived our code didn't work so had call and maintenance gave us emergency code to get in with not good in my eyes.

There was a short in a light in one bathroom. The hvac vents really need to be dusted. Not enough pots and pans.

It was an excellent place to stay, especially for the price. I have already recommended it to several people and we will definitely stay there again.

I understand that it's self check in with the door key pads but when I called to clarify, as I'd never been there before, whoever answered my call was very rude and dismissive which made me feel like I couldn't call the office for anything again.

Very clean and very homey with lots of things to do just at the apartment. Maintenance man on site was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had a good stay!

Television service. Not into streaming. Would like access to local channels to at least see the news. Bed had hump in middle like twin mattresses did not meet evenly.

Very good location. Very spacious with plenty of storage. Needs some work - ice maker did not work, wood flooring did not join together at several seams in living area. Very spacious. Liked the patio.
