Parking was a pain. We are handicapped and have difficulty walking. Parking was over 50 yards away from where we were staying.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Facility is right on the ocean with private beach that supplied tables and chairs and umbrellas for guests.

We paid $500 a night for a King size room. The mattress was worn, sagging and thin. The comforter was thin and worn. The room has two Queen Anne chairs that were equally worn and the cushions had no support. The drain in the shower did not work property so the tub would fill up with water. The only mirror in the room was above the sink in the bathroom.

Beach has a lot of seaweed washed up that smells and looks terrible. We could not swim in it so we went in the pool thankfully that was nice. We really wanted to swim in the ocean like we did several miles away. The provided beach chairs looked old and rusty.

Breakfast was amazing we had same eggs Benedict with lobster on both days we stayed there! Prices are amazing too and service by everyone there. View is so cool from inside the dining room or on the deck.

The only thing that could be improved is the restaurant. The food is OK. There is room to improve it given the exceptional location. The rooms are small but comfortable, defintely due for a renovation.

Outstanding location and overall relaxed Cape Cod atmosphere. The Inn is located right on a private beach. The restaurant is overlooking the sea. The accommodations consist of a number of small standalone cottages so you have the feeling of being in your own small house right on the beach. Overall the place is great for families

See above. Not very handicap accessible! Make a pathway for that! Allergic to rabbits and tons of bunny poop around room entry. Mostly enjoyed stay!

Very nice breakfast outside, ocean front! Met my family with 2 young children. Very good accommodations for young children. Room bathroom was not clean, floor corners. The ocean breeze was wonderful. Not a good swimming situation in ocean.

Better service for restaurant & cocktail lounge. On 2 of the days we were there, there was a wedding which maybe is what was taking up most of the restaurant staffs time. Also because of the weddings, most of the tables outdoors are reserved.

Location is super! However, was unable to make dinner reservations (left message twice & never returned call). Also would have loved to get a cocktail (5:00) & nothing was available - no one in lounge; seemed closed.

Game room could be better. Ping pong was fun but air hockey game not working, pool table dusty/moldy. Room itself was very hot and stuffy. Pool side lunch menu should have a gluten free offering such as a salad with grilled chicken. They made it for me but it was a special request.

Location was great, friendly staff, casual atmosphere, decent food and drinks at Inn restaurant, super comfy bed, beach, pool and tennis courts on site. Early morning Yoga on the beach was amazing!
