This was not the best stay I've had at a Best Western. We were greeted by the trash overflowing at the front entrance, which stayed that way for the entirety of our stay. There was a sign upon check in about putting a $100 security deposit on a credit card, not a debit card. The lady at the front must have seen that I would have had to cancel my reservation as I do not have a credit card. I booked my reservation through Booking.com so I don't understand why I couldn't use my Visa Debit card if it's the same card I reserved my room in. Anyway, she allowed me to use the debit card. They also charged me the full stay upon check in. Usually I've been charged at most hotels upon check out. Both ice machines were out of order and the hot tub was emptied Saturday afternoon so we didn't have any ice and we couldn't enjoy the hot tub (one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was to swim and go in the hot tub). The juice machine and pancake machine were also out of order at the breakfast and Sunday morning there were no eggs. I was very disappointed in this hotel because I have stayed at Best Western many times and had an expectation for the name and price I was paying that I would have a better experience.

The shower temperature was inconsistent. It was cold when we checked in and in the morning it was working fine. The drains in both the sink and shower were slow to drain.

I did not like that the queen room is not a queen size bed truly and the water pressure was horrible and had to take cold shower ... the breakfast was decent but could have been a bit more selection or different ... I ended up having to switch rooms with my daughter because I didn't get the room I originally booked for 3 adults instead had to have a room away from my daughter so my request ignored for others and was giving a room for 3 adult men with one bed .. some staff was amazing some staff were very rude and agitated or annoyed but not welcoming

The pool facilities were too cold for adult to enjoy. The hot tub was crowded as all the kids ran between the pool and the hot tub all night, both nights. The manager even indicated that they wanted to close the pool area early because they did not have enough towels.

Breakfast was wonderful. The lasty that ran this part was very friendly, accommodating and helpful.

Room was not clean. Hair still on pillows. Black specs all over sheets. Night stand still had drink rings on it. Bathroom had a 1/4 roll of TP left and cleaning product all over the shower.

The fact that the manager won’t email me back and I had the worse experience! I was there for Valentine’s Day gift with my husband! The hot tub closed early due to access splashing.! Then it didn’t open in the morning. There were kids running up and down the halls until 3am! It was the worse experience Iv ever had!

There was broken glass in front of our door. Didn’t seem like they had a vacuum as it was swept up. The pool and hot tub could have been cleaner. The breakfast wasn’t the best.

The location is isolated. Not much around the hotel. At the price of nearly $400 for a Saturday night during Syracuse University’s family weekend, this was more than underwhelming. The expression “price gouging” comes to mind.

The hot tub was luke warm (not hot), there was dirty towels all over pool area. Matress not comfy. Breastfast ends too early and they never told me breakfast hours when we checked in.

I informed the front desk staff on Saturday morning that the room smelled faintly of smoke and that we discovered the smoke detector covered with plastic. And additionally that the faucet handle was very loose. We also found an old used coffee pod in the coffee maker. When we checked out on Monday, NONE of these things had been corrected. I once again informed the front desk. All we got was a "thank you" and "I'm sorry".

Staff was pleasant, bed was clean and comfortable.

They never came to clean the room, we had to call the front desk and then go down ourselves to get towels. There were kids screaming in the pool so we couldn't go and enjoy the hot tub. Toilet didn't flush great.

Didn't have breakfast ready in the morning. We were at breakfast at 8:00 and there were no eggs. Waited around for 10-15 minutes after we notified the receptionist and we left without breakfast. Staff needs to be more attentive. Had to ring the bell at the check out desk for someone to assist. The location is a bit out of the way and there were tolls to get to it.

Hotel is clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable.

The room unfortunately had mysterious yellowish stains alongside the border of the bed frame and comforter, as well as a black smudge on the shower curtain. Our room keys were only marked for 1 day use instead of 2, which was not found out until we attempted to re enter the back doors leading to the parking lot and our room, which was very difficult for us to get back and forth. The property and pool area itself seemed outdated, as the lobby restroom did not properly lock from the inside, causing some concern. Would not venture back to this location until many renovations, a full staff is in place, and general upkeep was made a more priority.

The bed was very comfortable and spacious, as we had requested a king-sized bed, and we were located on the main floor with easy access to our car.

Trashcan by the side entrance was overflowing with trash attracting flies and bees that you had to fight off while entering the building.

Rooms were dirty and smelly. Upon check in they first gave us a room that was already occupied. First time that has ever happened to me. So we returned and told them they gave us a room that someone else was already in and they proceeded to tell us that they just must not have checked out yet!!! Place was 110.00 a night and probably should have been about 60.00 a night for what it was like.

My bathtub filled with water and didn’t drain from a shower; the cards would deactivate and we continuously would have to go down to the front desk to get them activated to get back in our room; breakfast food not refilled; I called in advance to See if I could use my AAA and was told by a gentleman during the day I could to get there and the front desk tell me they need a manager to do it and there wasn’t one in all weekend to do it.

The room was nice but the fridge had no freezer which we needed for our ice packs. The humidity was high and the a/c unit even on high was not drying out the room. The sheets felt wet and our clothes even felt damp in the morning. Pillows were very small on the beds. The room was clean and the only thing that was broken was the towel rack in the bathroom which didn't affect us at all. good quiet location close to restaurants and not far from the Destiny Mall.

Location for us was the main reason as we played a baseball tournament and the field was 7mins away. The staff was very friendly and the girl that checked us in was very pleasant to deal with.
