We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Anyone visiting South Miami should stay there. Still if you need to go downtown, the Coral Gables Lowes is very close as well. The staff is friendly and efficient. The Hotel is very new and the rooms are big and comfortable. I always enjoy staying there and do recommend it to anyone!

United States of AmericaThe only option for parking is valet. There is no parking lots nearby so the only option is to valet which is $36 a day. But the attentive staff were available 24/7.
The staff were the most polite, welcoming, and helpful people I’ve met in a long time! The cleanliness was exceptional. The restaurant options were more than enough and for any appetite.

Location is fabulous and the development has been done incredibly well (aside from the fact you had to build around a small house!). Pool area and staff are fantastic. We missed having the DJ this Saturday who had been there on a previous Saturday when we went
