Amazing spot two steps away from Ocean Drive and South Beach, the flat is well equiped with everything we need inside. The hosts were Lovely and answered fast any question. 100% recommend !

The building itself is old. The elevator sometimes didn't work and the fire alarm is very sensitive.

The only negative thing was the bad smell in the hallways of the building, although it was only there and the apartment itself smelled good. AC was a little loud, but if you turn it off over night the place is really silent.

Really nice and comfortable apartment for a reasonable price. Paolo was very friendly and ready to help. Everything was clean and the apartment was well equipped. We really enjoyed our time there.

The whole way of entering, and the hallways were tiny bit challenging but once you got inside, it was wonderful and Paolo was very responsive within minutes for every question and a wonderful host.

The apartment was spotless and super cozy, and the way that it was decorated was pretty and cheerful and really functional as well. Everything was there!

The elevator stopped working in the building, so I called Paolo and he reached out to the property manager and they got it fixed right away! So it was a little bit of an inconvenience but Paolo helped me take care of it :) So make sure to take the key fob with you when you go out, just in case the elevator stops working!

I loved the property! It definitely gave me the South Beach Miami vibe and I loved it! It was nice and peaceful and I loved the ambiance of the room! I would 1,000% stay here again!

although I know it isn’t the owners fault the building is tricky. it’s clean when you walk in but as soon as you step onto the elevator the funkiness begins. the entire building just smells putrid and you have to walk through it to get to the room.

the location is EVERYTHING!!! Don’t be lazy whatever you want including the beach is just a couple of blocks away!

Though the unit was clean and very suitable for a weekend stay, the only downside was the wear and lack of upkeep on the building itself.

The unit we stayed in was very spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen and updated bathroom. This is one of the better units we have stayed in during our many visits to Miami Beach.

Very close to the beach as in 1 minute walk just 2 blocks off.. the place itself is very homey and quiet and most especially clean.. you have everything that you may need with regards to appliances and kitchenware..we managed to pull off a little dinner with my daughter since we also spent Christmas in South Beach.

The cleanliness and location are hands down major pluses..public parking is also right accross the street.

I liked the space a lot, it was a sweet studio apartment that my friend and I shared for a few days. We didn’t use the kitchen but loved having the option to use it!

There was no one to call when other tenants (or visitors) sprayed the hallway and elevator with vomit. Small TV. The window didn't stay up.

Everything else. The place was clean (due to covid we did another cleaning...totally our choice). Owner provided us with beach chairs and towels. The set up was like a hotel. The beds are comfy. The shower was project hot. Food is right downstairs. The beach and other restaurants were only 2 short blocks away. A.C. is cold. Owner is very accommodating. Late checkout available when asked about 2 or 3 days before your trip....just clean up after yourself...help the cleaning staff out a little. LOVED that all wifi info and contact information was placed in a visible place. If possible I would def book again.

The host (who is super reactive) sends door codes for the front door of the building and the apartment so getting in is easy and quick :-).

AC was a little loud, and because of the way it was placed it didn't cool down the beds as well as the dining area. Not a big deal, I'm sure it would be totally fine for most people. I just need a room to be very cold to be able to sleep well.

Location is perfect: plenty of restaurants in the area, beach is 5 min away, the apartment itself is pretty quiet. Hosts are great, always responded very quickly. I was able to check in earlier without extra charge - much appreciated after a sleepless night.
