It's an extended stay but no cleaning service e for a week. Hallway smelt like burnt food

Each morning there was no hot water, the towels were small and thin and you only got two. Room service is only ever 7 days, we stayed 3 so no clean bedding, towels etc for our stay. The film was fully equipped with a toaster, refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board but no hair dryer….

The room size was great and the location was perfect to get around town… the staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and felt secure. There was a gym and laundry onsite they had coffee but no breakfast.

I did not eat the breakfast, staff allowed other guest to sit (with theirs butts) atop the counters where people eat.. The area was not sanitized properly.

The location was OK. The convenience of the property to the interstate made it cool. The hotel seemed pretty clean.

it was under reconstruction, and no one inform about it, so there was no place to work after checking out, hallway smelled

Room had stains on carpet and furniture. Really no comfortable place to sit. TV had barely any channels. Pots and pans and silverware were in short supply making it impossible to cook. Bed was comfortable though. Front desk staff let a “probation officer” into the building without verifying who they were looking for and as a result we were awakened at 1 am on the last night there by this person pounding on our door.

Ladies working the front desk were helpful and professional. They gave us clean towels and paper products as needed.

Your hotel description stated breakfast provided and one of the main reasons we booked your place. Staff said no breakfast since COVID. We were disappointed and suggest you delete that from your hotel advertisement

Kitchens are not well equipped. One room had one fork, one spoon, one mug, even though it was two guests. They don't have pots which is the whole point of having a full kitchen for a long stay. Otherwise, there's no point in staying here. When you ask for pots at the front desk they never have any. I asked four times. Was given 2 dirty pans in one room and only 1 small pot in the second room when I moved. The staff could care less. They look like they would rather be stabbing themselves with a fork rather than work there. One cleaning lady looked suicidal. One was pleasant and cordial. People hardly greet or smile at one another. It's a depressing place. Curtains and rugs are super old and dirty. The key cards stop working every after one use. You have to go to the front every other time to get them reset. The side door doesn't lock. What is the point of key cards? Some channels stopped working. Super overpriced. Only stayed here because I had no choice. It's a last resort place.

Clean and comfortable beds. The suite with full kitchen and sofa bed is more comfortable for longer stay.

There was no breakfast for the two days we were there, which as we had to leave both days early that was something we looked forward to. The room was a little shabby, hole in the carpet that had been duct-taped, the shelf in the closet was broken and there was no iron. The bed was a little uncomfortable. Bathrooms lack shelf space.

I like the location and the ease of getting to the room. The suite is a great feature for the money. The staff are amazing.
