Booked room. When we got there was told last time we stayed we smoked in the room. We don’t smoke. A couple was at the desk before we got there. I booked the last room on bookings. The lady lied to give the elder couple the last room I booked.

Room was clean. Close to food. Ac worked wonderfully. Once it heated up, hot water was hot.

They told me there would be a cash deposit. That is insane. I don't travel with handfuls of cash nor do I want to hand over cash to somebody when I can't dispute it if they want to keep my deposit. Also, when I arrived, nobody was at the front desk or came when I came in the door. I waited for 15 minutes.

It could've used a pool or a outdoor smoking court. Possibly a spa would've been a bonus.

No breakfast but room was quiet and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable could've slept all day . Enjoyed my stay. And the location was great close to shopping and restaurants.

Bad area, other guests uncooperative and instead of working with me on issues worked against me. Soo, I was "escorted" out before my booking was complete. Even though I had stayed here three weeks previously with no issues whatsoever. It seems the management took the same stance of working against me instead of with me. I did, however, get a refund for the unfilled dates. A small consultation for the inconvenience the situation presented, in a small town with limited options available. My room even had a plastic bag covering the smoke alarm, that apparently the top notch cleaning crew had missed from the last occupant. From someone like myself familiar with why someone would do that, a bit alarming that this wasn't handled before my stay.

The room...No counter in the bathroom...The curtains let the bright lights through,the toilet was not secure to the floor,the refrigerator wobbled around when opening the door,there is a big gap in the door so it kept letting cold air in,especially when it what 13 degrees out side in the mornings

The blanket on the bed was light weight. The bed covering was a thin piece of material. It was winter. We asked for an extra blanket and she said she would check the laundry and the said there were not any more blankets. It was the middle of winter AND the temp was in the thirties. Seriously?

My fiancee and I stayed at majestic for 3 nights. We arrived in town late in the middle of the night and we were told that we couldn't check in early that we would have to wait until 4PM that day to check in or we could pay cash for a extra night and we would have to pay extra 150 deposit for holding that we would get back at checkout day. I had booked my reservation online and was under the impression that I would not need cash on me at all and no deposit was needed. So we left went to atm and got money. We paid 150.00 holding deposit and 53.68 for one night extra stay. We arrived to our room. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!! The floor gross! Everything just was DIRTY I didn't even want to sleep on the bed. Matter of fact my BF and I did not sleep under the covers at all! I went to take a shower I grabbed a white wash cloth to wash my body with. I was in shower and unfolds the cloth there was DARK black stuff smudged ALL over the wash cloth, I was grossed out! There are glow sticks and other belongings under the bed and dresser. It's like they don't clean or they do the very minimal to make it seem clean. I would not recommend this place if you are wanting to relax and get comfy under the covers. Bring your own towels and bring shower shoes also. Shower looks like one out of a prison movie. There are people walking past your door all night and even got a couple knocks on the door for people that was being looked for. Definitely can improve a LOT!

The staff and ownership were inhospitable. Lack of house keeping Unsafe environment Running some kind of scam with trailers and mobile homes on property for who knows what purpose. The " guests" are full time residents not hotel guests. It's deceptive advertising for owners personal gain.
