The iron was broken. The light in the room was flickering and no one came to change it. The ice bucket had no spoon and no bag in it. The fridge didn’t have water.

It was quiet the staff was nice and the food and drinks were good

I thought that $12 a day to park on the premises was a little steep/unnecessary.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful and very helpful. I'd like to mention staff member Pam and say that her kindness and professionalism were outstanding.

Derrick at the front desk was AWESOME at check in and check out! He reminded me I had paid for breakfast (I totally forgot). Breakfast was good. I grabbed something on the go and it was delicious and perfect!

I think like most hotels these days, it felt like only a skeleton crew was on hand. But still they were all very nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was not very inviting or designed well, just a lot of covered chaffing dishes, no decoration and very sterile and empty looking. (You know what they say, we also eat with our eyes!) I didn't eat there because it looked boring and unappetizing. Too bad because the food is probably very good.

The location was very convenient for my needs. The room, bed, pillows, towels, bath etc were all VERY comfortable. It was also nice that even though they posted a sign that said they would clean the room IF requested, they DID come in and straighten things up a bit each day. I was there for 3 nights. I would come back.

The facilities are great. The staff is really friendly. The location to marietta square is walking distance (15 min).

The swimming pool was filthy. I did not use it, and that was disappointing after a long day's drive. The furniture in my room needed repair. I was disappointed that I had to pay additional parking fee.

I liked the overall look and comfort of the hotel. It is convenient to many activities. The grounds and porch are lovely. The common areas were very attractive and clean. My room was clean and very comfortable. I liked the small chaise in the room.

The Pub offered good food at a reasonable price, but was so short-staffed that the two women working the evening we dined there were working awfully hard to serve the patrons. The location of the kitchen to the Pub is just way too far to maintain good service. The women should insist on roller skates to assist them in going to and from the kitchen to the restaurant.

Breakfast was great, and the price was good given the variety of options available.

The microwave should be in a private area away from the lobby or in a closed-in area close to the lobby.

I like how every employee was very pleasant, from the front desk, restaurant employees, and housekeeping, everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful, we will choose Hilton again next time. The decoration was beautiful, including the outdoor on the back, I really enjoyed being able to have my coffee outside looking at all the green areas, The lobby area is very inviting and comfortable.

The tv selection was very limited. I had asked ahead of time for extra coffee, cream, and sugar, but they didn't provide the items.

Food.. Breakfast has no variety same thing everyday , Dinner restaurant doesn't out any effort in preparing their meal.. I had wings the just put salt and put in an airfry and served us .. The house keeping ladies not cleaning the carpet they only change linen and do bathrooms ..the furniture us not wiped and this will destroy the wood / furniture
