The room was very dated. Our door was left open and ajar after housekeeping went through. Thank goodness nothing was stolen. Bathroom toilet leaked in back.

Parking can be challenging, but the overflow option is reasonable. It would be nice to have dishsoap and some dish cloths and dish towels to use if you have a room with a kitchen.

Room was spacious and comfortable. A little dated but adds to the charm. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

The bed was softer than I normally like, but to be fair, it didn't prevent me from sleeping well. Just not my favorite. And as mentioned above, some dated components to our room and the facility, but honestly, we spend almost no time hanging in our room, so it was not an issue.

Our room was clean and roomy, although the facility does needs some updating here and there. However, nothing that affected our comfort, just some cosmetic issues, and they are clearly working hard to make improvements. Breakfast was typical "continental" style, and we ate there once or twice, and out a few times for more variety. The location was amazing, and so easy to get to where we wanted to go, as well as being right on the marina, so the wildlife was super fun to observe each and every day. Maid service was excellent and we had LOADS of towels every day, and the staff was very helpful and offered some great suggestions for local dining and sight seeing.

The facility is aging and needs an update. Parking is limited in front of each bldg. Have to walk to seperate parking lot at Skippers restaurant.

Two Bedroom suite had huge, awesome balcony view on 3rd floor.

The bathroom and room were so very rundown with mold on the ceiling and all around the tub. So gross. The windows were the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. The spa wasn’t filled enough to filter and it was murky and slick.

The outside looked great. Laura at the front was wonderful! We enjoyed the views, the pool, and the restaurant

The continental breakfast food (other than the packaged food) could have been better but understandable given there is no on site kitchen.

Parking sucked. No parking. Have to park to far away. The neighbors partied till 2:00am. What happened to quiet time at 10:00 pm.

Parking lot next to hotel was small, however, they do have an overflow so that worked out well. Parking is free, which is always a bonus.

The room was larger than expected. Although the bath/tub shower was older, it overall was a really nice room. The location was excellent and close to various restaurants and stores and less than an hour away from 4 more keys. The staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast had more options than most hotel. Great price!

The bed has lasted long past its time. You can hear the bands at Sharkey's next door if you are at the far end of the complex. Bring earbuds or headphones to sleep with. Parking is limited, there's room next door at Skippers. The internet was spotty, works better near the front office/pool. We lost it at our room. Laura mentioned improvements will be coming.

We enjoyed the harbor view from our room, watching all the charters slowly float by waving. You could also enjoy breakfast outside by the dockside as well. The restaurant, Skippers Dockside, was next door making if very convenient to get a bite. Having the many different water activities/charters within walking distance was a plus. The room was clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A manager, Laura, was also helpful in directing us to local things to do and places to eat.

The breakfast was a bit modest but the deck where we sat was great

We didn’t use the pool but it looked great , very much enjoyed a meal and drinks at the restaurant near the pool. We were encouraged to try the restaurant at the other end of the complex. For our taste we liked the one by the pool so we went back and had dinner there
