Nothing my room was entered when I wasn't there . They smoked Marijuana and took my clothes off of hangers, probably put them on.

As soon as we got in the room, we’ve noticed that close to the window there were probably more than 200 dead flies, also ants were coming out from a hole in the wall. The room wasn’t cleaned, there were plenty of spiderwebs and a lot of dust. it also smelled of cigarettes even tough it was a no-smoking room. We’ve told the man behind the counter about the dead flies,asking for a vacuum, and instead of apologising for the issue he’s just given us the vacuum and let us clean.

Even though it was a older Hotel it did not smell and it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. And we were able to leave our car there for free and catch an Uber to our cruise. Extra lighting in the hotel room and it's not that far from restaurant it even have a restaurant in it.

There were dead cockroaches in our room - one was in the doorway when we arrived, and the other appeared a couple of mornings later under our sink. The carpet was damp the entire three days of our stay, and the bed was not very comfortable.

Location was nice. 20 minutes from New Orleans, and 40 minutes from Jean Lafitte Barataria Preserve. The room had space to move around, and the vanity area was nice.

Our check-in was rather late after attending a venue in chalmette where We are asked to return The stairs leading up to the second floor on the backside of the building we're leaning and in very poor condition the beds were very uncomfortable .. after attending our venue on the following day and coming back to our room after working all day and into the night we find no maid service was provided there was no towels when I tried to use the phone to call to the front desk the phones did not work I did use my cell phone to contact and was told I had to bring my used towels to the front desk and he would give me fresh ones all of this is towards midnight after my fiance and I had been busy all day at the Crawfish festival cooking I was not happy when I asked why they blamed it or tried to blame it on the Corona virus which is a BS excuse front desk staff acted like they were doing me a favor by me having to go and get my own towels will not recommend

They did not have rooms ready, they said check in after 2:00 p.m. we got there about 2:30 and they told us that we could not check in there were no rooms and that we need to come back after 4: 00.I am requesting a refund for one room. My room had dirty linen that had bowel movement in it bowel movement coming out of the toilet come on bathroom was filthy

Had to have my room changed because their key didn’t work Hair in the room Sink pipe smelled file Some staff were 😕 For it to state COVID-19 safety measurement it didn’t feel safe in the room cleanliness Staff felt some kind of way because I asked for some sanitizer on alcohol Toilet was seat🤢 Fridge could be wiped down I don’t know what was on it Carpet could be updated

The restaurant and the older lady who does the mornings shift that wears glasses is very sweet and accommodating that’s all for me folks!
