I thought the price was a little high compared to other hotels I have stayed at but when I factored in the use of the shuttle twice for free versus the cost of two taxi rides it was worth the price.

Just a short one-night stay, wish it had been longer. Perfect location to the airport, after I returned my rental car it was very nice having the shuttle available to take you to the airport. The bar was great. travelling alone I felt very comfortable seating at the bar alone enjoying a nice meal and the barman Alberto was very nice.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. The coffee station was very dirty with coffee stains on the tray and white counter. The room needed a good dusting. The fridge was not very cold due to it being a solid block of ice along the back wall. Also didn’t get a print out of my stay with fees on it.

Convenient location. The staff was very friendly. Beautiful grounds. Wish I had more time to spend.

The restaurant. Understaffed. As we sat, the table next To us sent their dessert back because it took too long. Another person sat at same table, one person, she ended up conversing with us, she had to get the hostess to get her bill after an hour. We were there for two hours only to receive a bland pizza. and a few sandwiches. All were drinking water only. Please hire more staff as the ones on duty on a Friday night were falling so far behind. They need help, badly.

The front desk is by far the best customer service I’ve recvd in a hotel. Check in was also a breeze. Zero complaints here. My husband wasn’t feeling well and we couldn’t figure out the heat. Turns out, there isn’t heat, just AC and recirculated air. They brought him up an extra blanket and a space heater. Truly, can’t rave enough about customer service at this property.

Great rooms, modern and clean. Nice view of lakes and a pleasant place to stay after a long flight. Free hotel shuttle was very useful, you have to call for pick up as they can’t park at the airport.

Our room as well as others I spoke to were very cold and the thermostats wouldn't warm the room even when put on highest heat setting. I called the front desk and they sent a technician but he also couldn't get it to work so he offered us a small space heater which we accepted. Then when we went for breakfast in the morning the dining room was extremely cold and all the servers were wearing jackets. I had to go back to my room and get my jacket. The server was also complaining about how cold it was. They also charge $30 dollars to park your car which is ridiculous!!!

I would have liked my billing issue to have been resolved on day 1 as I was told by an employee that it would be. I had to escalate the situation at the end of my stay.

paying for parking and front desk not validating my parking pass till day 2 - so trouble getting into the parking lot late at night. Did not like the fat that rooms do not have microwaves. In this modern day, accommodating the dietary needs of your guests must include easy access to ways they can heat up their food. Not everyone wants to go and eat at your restaurant.

I was disappointed a little with the restaurant which closed at Midnight sharp and didn't deliver to the room. I understand they have to go home, but we also checked in very late from our journey and were tired. Also, you charge way too high for everything for mediocre food. Even the water like 7 bucks or so. Come on.

I liked the room, proximity to the airport and the strong sense of luxury.
