Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location was near the interstate and noisy. Plus they were refurbishing the building and the workers were noisy early.
There was no breakfast. The staff was nice and the room was just redone and was nice.

I paid for my stay online & when I got to the hotel to get the room key, the lady at the front desk just went ahead & charge my card an additional $50 for a deposit. So I wanted to stay for a few more days, another young lady at the front desk tells me it's gonna be a separate $50 for every booking & they still has not refunded the 1st one. I don't understand why they just can't take the deposit I already paid & use it towards my extended booking. I will not be staying there anymore.
The room was nice looking, I can tell that they upgraded the appliances & the furniture. It was quiet & convenient to the highway & gas stations are in walking distance.

I would recommend taking extra pillows and/or blankets. The rooms didn't have the thick comforter hotels/motels usually have. For the king bedroom we were provided 3 small pillows. An important thing to note before booking here would be that there is a night club right behind one of the buildings and the music is pretty loud. The receptionist's attitude seemed like he didn't want to be there but maybe he was just tired. The main lobby and pool were closed due to COVID and they also did not provide "house keeping" due to the same reason but they do stop by to ask you if you need anything.
The location is pretty close to the interstate. The price per night is very economical. It's a good place to stay just for sleeping. Walmart is about 10 minutes away and so were other places to shop/eat. They have a 24 HR receptionist and they were accommodating for when we were planning to arrive.

We were on the back side of hotel and there were a lot of homeless people living right across from the room, scary to walk in the back part of hotel, would have felt more comfortable in the front part of hotel.

The top cover was dirty. Both sides one side had blood stains on it the other was just dirty. We mentioned it to the night staff and management the next morning and got blown off by both like it was no big deal. I was expecting more than oh OK. We threw the top blanket on the floor and slept under the sheet with the heat turned all the way up.
It was very quiet. My wife and I both liked that.

Everything, 1st the room was disgusting. Covers on bed were dirty, room smelled like a** bugs in the room, we arrived late so we stayed the 1st night, 2nd day we left asked for a refund it was denied they also didn’t return the rest of our funds. We booked 5dsys prepaid on booking.
