Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The shower floor felt a bit bouncy, like it was hollow beneath it and I was a little scared I was going to fall through so I stood on the edges and it wasn't an issue. It did look like it had been repaired in the past,so maybe that's why?
I loved the room and was so very comfortable there. I only needed to stay during the nights but I almost wish I was able to hang around during the day to take full advantage of the facility and the cozy feel of the room. I will definitely return and bring my family.

The TV was hard to figure out and there were no instructions - cable TV in the living room area; analog TV in the bedroom. Needed more instructions.
A pleasant room away from the hustle and bustle of the casino area. Clean, pleasant and a good nights rest.

We were on the 3rd floor and it smelled like sewage every day we were there. Not very pleasant. Luckily it didn't smell in our room, just in the hall.
The room was very comfortable with lots of space and nice amenities like the fridge, dishes, coffee maker and tv. The stove was pretty old and it took a while to boil water, but it got there job done. The pools, hot tub, and shuffle board were lots of fun.

We never had any cleaning services while there for 4 nights. Just had to ask for new towels, which was easy.
Loved the service at the front desk and that it was quiet. The on-site restaurant was a nice bonus.

No paper towels. Black out drapes would have been great - hard to sleep after it got light.

I don't like Mesquite's basic cable. So later on we couldn't find too many decent enough choices to choose from.
I liked the pool, the view, and the shower was great. The studio had a few useful dishes and the ice tray filled.

Our suite was a little cramped for the 4 of us, a little outdated furnishings, patio or balcony would have been lovely to enjoy the mornings/evenings.
Pool, waterfall and hot tub were very nice. Loved having a kitchen in our suite, sizable bathrooms.

restaurant/ lounge not that great. understaffed. Food just so/so. ordered Eggs Benedict, never tasted Hollandaise sauce like that. When we arrived we decided to have a cocktail. Bartender/waiter made a gin & tonic with 4 shots of gin and club soda!!! undrinkable.

The mattress needs replacing as both sides rolled to the middle (aka taco bed). The a/c in the bedroom had a terrible screech, which made it difficult to sleep. We stayed in an upstairs room which is in need of a refresh. My dad stayed in a room on the first floor which seemed to have been updated with laminate flooring and new furniture. It felt much nicer.
The room was very spacious and easy location to get to. It was a quick overnight stay on our way to Colorado.

The beds were really cheap mattresses and pretty worn out. The AC units were loud, didn’t cool very well, and smelled musty. While overall the place was nice, it felt like a slightly redecorated old folks home.
It was very clean, and the living room area was nicely furnished. Kitchen area was nice and had plenty of dishes and silverware. The thing that drew me to the facility was that it was a suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms!

Everything was fine, maybe coffee in the lobby.
Grat facilities, all clean, spacious little apartments, with living room, kitchen, big bathroom and a master. Very good for the price also. I really recommended.
