Swimming pool was closed, and I chosen the hotel for that reason as I was traveling with kids.

Room was ok, and staff as well. It has valet parking which totally makes a difference.

Small things like no tub stopper to take a bath. Overall cleanliness was a touch on the low side and directions once you get in the building were confusing.

Can't beat the location. Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all everything we needed was there. For the price it was pretty good. I would book again.

The washer had a short circuit and the fridge was not in good shape. Missing some drawers and the light bulb was broken with the wires exposed.

The room was very spacious. The patio was huge and the view of the beach was spectacular. Sunrise and sunset were awesome.

There was a musty smell in the building, right when you walked in. The hallway leading up to the room was freezing, and the room itself was pretty cold. Luckily there were good blankets to keep you warm enough at night. Also, the pool was still being repaired, so it was closed.

The location was great! The room we got was quite sizeable and comfortable. Had everything we needed.

It’s an old building The pool was being renovated, but we were NOT INFORMED! If we would have been, we would have booked somewhere else. They didn’t let me know when I asked, if I could get parcels delivered to the hotel; that I would be charged by New point miami! 15$ for receiving 2 parcels on my behalf!! Disappointing

Fridge wasn`t working properly, only the top part. 3 out of 4 elevators were under maintenance for 3 days. Pool was under maintenance.

Size of the room is really good. AC working well. Small kitchen and amenities were really helpful. Nice view from the window. Vallet parking really efficient and helpful. Very close to the beach.

The tv should allow streaming or casting from your device. There should be room service at least once each 2 days. The pool and solarium were closed.

No cleaning services, not extra clean sheets or towels replacement. When I got there the pool, jacuzzi were being renovated. The renovations should have been advertised or told about ahead of time. Some.of the access codes for entry to property did not work and having to wait until someone was coming out to open the Gate was annoying. The reception phone always rings out, no one answers. There isn't a 24 hr front desk either for New Point

Elevators don't all work and take entirely too long. The pool was under construction and it doesn't say that when you book, which is false advertisement because people pay for all amenities.

Location is perfect. Price was decent. Almost anything you need or may forget can be purchased at the hotel.
