The price was a little expensive but worth the trip. The food was farther away than I initially anticipated. Still, the food was excellent.

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were well accommodating. The location was perfect being close to downtown.

I had previously called to make sure a shuttle would be available even at our late arrival time at MSO of 11:40pm, and that was confirmed. However, when we arrived I was told that no shuttle was available. That was really disappointing as I had a long travel day with an infant and had to make a plan B.

I booked the Holiday Inn so we would be close to the river walk and central downtown. The Comfort Inn was great, but not as convenient.

We didn't really stay at the Holiday Inn. I woke up to a voicemail stating there had been an issue with the reservations system and the property was oversold. The staff had already secured a room for us at the Comfort Inn, and Holiday Inn picked up the charge. The new reservation was seamless and we got a nice river view room. Great customer service!

For the price I would think the service should have been more attentive. Our room had a clogged sink that I unclogged to slow drain. Informed the front desk and was told I had wait til morning which would be checkout a little after.

The walk to our room was almost comically long. You have to walk around the entire building to get to some rooms. It would have been much more convenient if there was an alternative entrance to save that small inconvenience.

I travelled to to Missoula for the marathon. The entire staff was extremely friendly and energetic. I really appreciated the morning shuttle to the Marathon start area.

The price was a bit heavier than expected, going up $30 from the day before we booked until we booked. For that price I would have expected breakfast to be included.

The hotel was conveniently located and pet friendly. We traveled with a service dog in training. The hotel responded almost immediately stating they could meet the special request required for my disabled family member.

There was no breakfast. Booking.com's website stated "breakfast included" (I have a screenshot) and NOT "breakfast offered" or "Breakfast available." I paid over $1000.00 for six nights for a room that, it turns out, didn't include breakfast. I paid for the room for two reasons, 1) nearness to the place I had to go each day, 2) breakfast. I was attending a hard working workshop - I didn't want to have to worry about breakfast in the morning. As it was I paid for a frozen microwaveable breakfast each day. You guys need to get your your story straight. I was thrown quite a curve. Really, either Holiday Inn or Booking.com, owes me some money.

Atrium is unattractive. Utilize the grounds behind the hotel next to the river. Create access and a sitting area. Check out the Ruby River Lodge in Spokane for its outdoor space.

Some of the rooms are out of date but the manager upgraded our room to their newly renovated suites which was very comfortble, clean and relaxing.
