Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaA bit small but since we didn’t spend much time in the room it easily met our needs.

United States of AmericaIt didn’t matter much to us but it’s located a little bit out of town so unable to walk to stores or restaurants if that’s your interest.
Cute outdoor sitting area with fountain to relax. Easy self check and come and go as you please. Lovely downstairs sitting room with informative books and magazines about the area. Our room was so tastefully decorated and comfortable that for the first time on our trip we slept in and relaxed in our room with our coffee and bagels that were provided!

United States of AmericaWe liked the location. It was at the south end of Moab so beyond the main traffic area. The inn is cozy, quiet and comfortable. Our host did an excellent job of anticipating what we might need plus many unexpected extras. Would definitely stay here again!

United States of AmericaReally nothing. I was mildly concerned driving there, as it seemed our if town, but otherwise, great!
Everything! There was a folder at the door with my name giving me all instructions on the place. It was comfortable, cute, and had everything we could've needed!

United States of AmericaIt was a great place nestled among trees. The yard was beautiful and very welcoming when we arrived. We didn't see another person while we were there, but knew they had other guests. There was a room across the hall where we also spend some time playing scrabble. The room was filled with fun antiques including catalogs from Spiegel, Sears, and Montgomery Ward. It was fun checking out the prices on items. Thanks to the hosts who provided a lovely evening for us.

United States of AmericaThe room is clean and the bed is comfortable. There were lovely phrases on pillows, painted on the walls, everywhere. The room is equipped with basic kitchen stuff, like an automatic coffee machine with gourmet coffee, refrigerate, a small knife, cutting board and kitchen towels, etc. The room was so nicely set up with bathrobes and slippers.

United States of Americadid not offer breakfast or bagels. by the name we thought we would be offered bagels. I may have missed this during the booking process. the bed was too soft. once we took off the bed topper, 3", it was perfect for us. the bathroom was spacious but needed more counter space. the shower/jacuzzi tub was a nice touch but difficult to get in/out of. we were afraid of falling. would have liked to have met the owners. never saw or spoke to anyone.
they thought of everything for accommodations, earplugs, eye masks, sound machine, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bathrobes, slippers and the list goes on and on. felt just like home, very comfortable room. we were upgraded at no additional cost.

United States of AmericaSmallish room
Sweet little getaway tucked in a semi rural area just a few minutes from downtown. Moab is pricey, but we found this adorable BnB reasonably priced and very homey. The only negative was the room was a bit small but was well appointed with everything we needed for a quiet overnight stay. The owner greeted us when we arrived with a warm welcome and showed us our room and if we needed anything just let her know. Would highly recommend and stay again. Thank you!

United States of AmericaThe room had a jacuzzi tub and no separate shower so it was hard for older travelers to get in and out of. I never got the shower head to work but I’m sure it was operator error. I was also looking forward to the bagel in the morning but I apparently opted out of breakfast.
The inn was self serve so I never had to bother the owners and the instructions were easy to follow. The price was better than most motel rooms in Moab during tourist season and the yard was cute and porch was nicely decorated.

United States of AmericaI can't think of a thing that could be better!
We loved the option to opt out of breakfast, as we did not want to be on a schedule. We LOVED the room. The owner/inn keeper was responsive and helpful. We LOVED sitting outside on the lawn. Nice variety of coffee in the room. The bed was SO comfortable that I asked for the mattress brand and the innkeeper sent me the info. Location was perfect....close to town, but not in town. Quiet neighborhood. Lawn was beautifully landscaped and much care was given to little details. We really loved this room.
