There were 2 reservations. One image and another with an unknown credit card for 2 people. This, I believe is a Booking problem. Ice machine broken.

cold and abrasive when trying to connect to internet and received no help. no wake up calls even though they stated they would

refused to give me a wake up call (6 AM) and for another day) Refused to give help connecting to online services. Although family oriented and run, more time and attention to detail is needed regarding how to properly service visitors and not yell at them etc.

The room, it really needs a paint job stains all over the wall and door, bathroom floor needs replacing the tub shower needs replacing, the mattresses were not overly comfortable. There was something completely Frozen and encased in the freezer part of the mini fridge, The room actually needs to be redone

The room was not super clean and the heating unit was plugged in heater on the ground, our comforters on both the beds had a ton of cigarette burns on it a long with the TV not seeming to be very securely mounted on the wall. Seems to be in a not great area, definitely heard gun shots when packing my car up early in the morning.

The staff was super nice and the hotel was very easy to find. The hotel has a lot near by that mad it easy to grab food. I traveled with my pup so the space they had for him to use the bathroom was nice.

Not as newly renovated as shown on photos. Just another dinosaur aged motel with antiquarian amenities. They do use bed sheets suited for smaller beds only so only half of the mattress is covered. (on both of our queen beds, apparently to save money).

Lady there at office was very rude!! Nasty even. Toilet didn't flush, floors never get washed, in need of a major updàte!!

The pet policy was kind of whack. I asked for clean towels and got them a few days later, when I arrived to find towels in my room. I get freaked out when people are in my room when I’m not there so I would have liked some notice. I got kicked out early for toting my cat and kittens, and charged an additional $150 when the cleaning dude found my cats. I think the pet policy is misleading and unfair, but like, I get it. I’d still stay here again w less cats it’s a great deal

I had a good time and felt safe. This is a family business and they’re all visibly working hard. There’s a Dollar Tree a short drive away so I invested in some cleaning products to mop the floors a few times and brought my own bedding to feel more comfy. I think it’s a great value for the price, the rooms need a lil TLC but it’s a cool layout and the cleaning staff are very nice people.

The room was not spotless and the sheets on the pad-less bed were not tucked in properly and rumpled up immediately. The key did not work and had to be re-programmed and I was unable to get internet service. The place was sold out and I was forced to take a room on the second floor. This is painful and unpleasant for an old lady with arthritic knees.

There was no breakfast due to covid, I understand, but other places (days Inn) did serve bagels and coffee

The bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress was pretty stained, there were cigarette burns everywhere including all over the tub, the floor was very dirty, there was sticky stuff all over and clumps of dust and dirt all along the baseboards, dead flys on the window sills.

The price was good and the staff was very friendly

The owners ,the dirty room I had to clean. No extra towels or sheets. The owner treated me and my husband like black trash and thought we were homeless. All weekend they kept saying this is not an extended stay hotel. Which we never asked we have a home. Kept saying only two in rooms . Which I purchased 2 rooms for 4 people. So I don't know why they would keep saying it.
