You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe room seemed dirty, the towels were stained, the heater unit made so much noise I couldn't sleep well, the refrigerator needed defrosting so bad that it froze everything no matter the temperature setting.
The staff was friendly. Cheap place to stay if your not expecting much.

Location was great and the staff was friendly enough. The bed was comfortable. Overall not a bad stay but not the best.

If your looking to do some dope and hang with the homeless then this is the place for you. we got a room, went to it and apparently someone had broke in and been staying in it. So we got another room and it was just as nasty. Bug splatters on the wall, floors haven’t been vacuumed since the 90s and not to mention the beds and appliances are from the Stone Age. I really don’t know how this place is still open. it’s DISGUSTING.

United States of AmericaThese people stole our stuff They kept a bag we had accidentally left in the room and we came back to retrieve it moments after we checked out and they refused to let us back in the room and they kept our property telling us to leave and get off their property they are thieves and they seem to be racist of Americans
I went to the hotel and took some things that I had bought in Colorado with me at I know with me I left the bag in the room and I tried to go back and get it after we had checked out and we were literally just left and I tried to ask the government to get some stuff we left and they said no and refused to let us back in.

To get some and then the towels had holes in them. pool not operative made the whole property smell musty. couldn’t find staff to find out why we had zero water pressure in our room Dead bugs on the floor.
