We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaRoom had been sprayed for bugs had roaches crawling all over beds pillows horrible big spray smell and rezadew on everything had to be moved to different room had just got friend out hospital was horrified at bugsy husband had very bad COPD attack after being in that room getting ng to dr to have h checked out on monday couldn't sleep well because of fear would stop breathing I was treated very poorly at front desk and made to drive all the way to beach to get my husbands Id wanted me to drive a sick woman just out the hospital with bed sores on her bottom that had to have wound care in the morning a nother hour to the beach amd back i should have been paid for the way i was treated then to have roaches crawling on her amd my husband when i got back with his ID I was horrified and just wanted to have a clean room bug free to rest but i jad to be moved too the 3rd floor with no help she wouldn't even bring me the new room key or have the security bring it to me. Shame on y'all I had a disabledan and a woman in pain and she wantse to move to a nother room because she put us in one that had been fogged for bugs you should really find a way to make this up to me I just pray when he goes to the Dr he's ok sorry of I sound nasty but your front desk girl needs to learn manners and respect sincerely Mary caton

United States of AmericaThe beds were bad, the room felt like it was from the 60s and hasn't been taken care of. A/C wouldn't get cold, water pressure was terrible. Bathroom fan was bent and shook. Which made the light flicker the whole time. Smelled clean when I checked in, came back later, smelled like old smoke and mildew. Woke up the next day all stuffed up. 2nd night was the same experience.
It was the closest hotel/motel to my event and had a room available.

I’ve stayed there a lot I have had issues with rooms and I did complain and after all I spent in the last 5months I asked someone to comp me a room for all the hassles and nothing I even would be honest with the room the sheets a few themes were all ripped but we’re put on the bed anyway. I will still stay , but it would be really nice to get a couple days comped for me and by the way the reason I’ve been staying there is I’m homeless I don’t have a lot of money. And to get a room comped for a few days would really be appreciated.

United States of Americait took 30 min to check in the first time, not only did they want my id info but also my adult son's. room gIven on the reqyested first floor was ok location but when we went in, garbage all over, beds not changed, dirty towels every where. back to the lobby, another long wait, lady said but the room was marked as cleaned. got assigned another room ... it was actually "cleaned". didnt realize until 3 in the morning when we got back in room ... there was no refridge and the extra lock on door did not work. bad experience all around, will never choose this hotel grouping again!!!!
