Need carpet in the room. The pillows looked a bit flat but we had our own. The paint did not cover up all the smells so maybe a daily spritzing of the rooms and hallway of febreeze or some kind of odor neutralizer would be good. The door that goes to the stairway from outside should be looked at so it latches properly so the guests could feel a bit more secure. Online info needs updated. Seemed like I found conflicting information on possible amenities and such.

I feel like they have done some recent updates and tried to make improvements on a small budget. I understand not having carpet in the room but it made the room less homey. The room didn't smell quite so bad (it use to be a smoking property but is now a smoke free property). The hallway still had a weird smell and the carpet could use a change. The door to go up to our room never latched so anyone could walk in from outside but we didn't have any issues while there. Beds looked clean and for one night was comfortable enough. I wouldn't want to spend more than a couple nights on them. The bathroom was clean. Shower had good pressure and was plenty warm. This was a great place for a single night and I would even consider doing a two night trip and for the price it was as good as I could have hoped for it to be. We arrived late in the evening and left earlier then check out so I have no idea how housekeeping is when there for a couple nights.

Police constantly up your rear end being very pushy about who is staying here .we had been in the parking lot for 2 to 3 mins and already our liscense plate was being checked for no reason. Officer approached us and asked for proof of I'd and insurance liscense we asked why we are being questioned or even bothered we are checking everyone today and keeping everyone safe. The room had no hair dryer, soap, shampoo, etc available for personal use. The bed linens were wrinkled. The floor was not carpeted. The lightning in the room was basic - no warmth. It was not an inviting room. If all you want is a place to lie down to sleep, it will meet your needs.

Pretty quite, came with cable, great location, staff was very friendly, cameras for safety, and there wasn't dog feces everywhere.

No pool as advertised. Floors under the bed were extremely dirty. People knocked on the walls scaring my 4 year old grandson. Sheets on beds weren't changed but beds were remade. Dogs barking in the hallway.

The receptionists were very nice. Checking in and out was easy. The ice machine was convenient.

Crack heads and drunks. In a word, I didn't feel safe and neither did my wife. Will not be staying here again unless I absolutely have too! Rooms need more security (better locks, more locks) windows need to be more blackened out, with curtains that cover the whole window. (There was a slight gap in our curtains that I could not get closed for more privacy.) Witnessed a man stealing from a work crew that was there, a drunk man touched my wife inappropriately and I was put in handcuffs cause "someone" said I was selling drugs. Cops searched me and found nothing!

A few nice people there. Beds to sleep in. I'm homeless, I just want a place to rest my head.

People coming and going all night. Does slamming, people talking loudly inside and outside the room. Tenant next door turned both TV and radio on loudly at 3 AM.

It’s a convenient stop on travel between FL and OH. Near the exit.

The lights would blink before coming on, no coffee for the morning, sheets had stains on them, water took forever to come on in the shower and there was people hanging out in the hall all night.

The room was nasty. I had to clean our room before I would let my family sit anywhere. The beds were hard. The room we reserved online was not the one the put us in.

No breakfast! The staff was horrible! The business card for the GM has an email address that email can not be sent to! Also, 2 different members of the staff would not give me info on how to contact the GM! One finally gave me his business card. But as I said, he is not accessible. I told one staff member I would be staying one more night, possibly another week but that I had to go pick up money as I lost my home an everything I own in a house fire. I got a call in my room from the front desk at 11:10am stating that the GM said either I pay now, or basically get out! Check out time is 11:00am. I had already told this employee I would be staying. I had to pay for one more night as it was after 11 when I got the money. But I sure didn’t stay another night! They have roaches an prostitutes who approached me outside several times! I had to take what belongings I had outside an shake everything out to make sure the roaches didn’t take a ride with me! I did not see them until I turned on a light the day before I checked out! 2 of them came out from behind the TV on the wall. Employees either hate their job, or their just naturally rude! An you will not get to talk to a GM. 2 different employees supposedly gave him my number an asked him to call me. He never did. But who knows if they even gave him my info! Terrible place to stay! I would not recommend it!
