Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room has only a small refrigerator, no freezer, and the shower nozzle height is low making showering a little uncomfortable.

I don’t like how many times I had to complain about not having hot water for my whole stay. Couldn’t put my 2yr old in cold water and it’s raining.. I was also told another night wld be added to my stay to accommodate me & my family.. nothing changed. 2 ppl checked on the water including maintenance. Water temperature stayed below lukewarm. Never got the room changed. I checked out & left
The room itself was okay. Nice and clean. Wish there was a microwave to go with the small refrigerator.. it worked out..

The coffe had too many grounds in it. When I informed the staff they said nothing but ok sorry. Didnt even replace the bad coffe.

what I didn’t like was the room was not very clean the mini refrigerator had some items in there and it was smelling bad the shower curtain hat, lipstick all over default wiring in the air plugs when you plug in your phones they need to start checking out the property, making sure that the rooms are very thoroughly clean next time I’ll take pictures
it was nice and the manger and employees really helped me out and it’s a nice place too relaxed and definitely going too work

There was a mixup with the hotel. I checked in at 4am early morning the following day thinking they would either consider my check in to be for the first night and the upcoming night would be the second night. Or the would just consider my 4am check in as me checking in for my second night and consider my first night a miss check in. But instead for some reason the motel staff insisted that I needed to check out. That I could not stay the second night because they said the they refunded the first night and charged me for the second night but I haven't even stayed the second night yet... I was on the phone with Booking.com on hold for 45 minutes while Booking.com tried to straighten this out with the hotel. Then thought it was resolved but again motel insisted that I needed to check out that I was not able to stay. Again I had Booking.com talk to the hotel to find a solution so I can stay the night that the hotel was charging for but that didn't work out either. The hotel made us check out of the hotel even though they said the refunded the first night and charged us for the second night even though we didn't get to stay the second night yet.... I don't get what was the big deal about us staying the second night if I was charged for the second night already

POLICE CAME TO HOTEL TWO DIFFERENT TIMES WHILE I WAS THERE…HAD TO STAY INSIDE BECAUSE OF GUN BEING INVOLVED THEN PEOPLE MAKING NOISE ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT…WONT BE STAYING THERE EVER AGAIN SINK LEAKING LEFT WATER ALL OVER FLOOR SHOWER CURTAIN STAINED AND HAD MOLD ALL ON BOTTOM OF THE CURTAIN GROSS ☹️

Smelled old and like cigarettes even though we got a non smoking room. restroom didn’t look like it was clean. spots on wall of dirt.

I would not want my own parents to stay there there was cockroaches crawling all over the corners of the room we didn't know until about 2 or 3 days in and they had issues with giving clean towels and linens out you can barely get any towels the head made threatened to call the police because she wanted me out of the room but yet we had already paid the fee to stay in the room and she was mistaken and she threatened to call the police people around there that stay there very shady I would recommend this to anyone the management was great but everything else was bad lots of s***** people in the parking lot sitting in the cars watching I don't know what they're doing but they lots of weird guys sitting in their cars like half the day and half the night it was weird very shady place
