We came from Clarkston, Wa. for a dental appt. Every time we come to Spokane, this is my choice of Motel. The area is located in a quiet area, and I love it!! Thank you for the hospitality. See you soon 😊

I was able to bring all my pets with me for free along w my family and having us all in the same spot gave me peace of mind. I really did sleep well. Plus they let me pay with 3 different cards!

This last time I just didn’t like that there was a heavy perfume smell in the room. But other than that I liked the whole thing

They always have a good amount of rooms available. Each time I’ve asked to be on the bottom floor they are more than willing to accommodate me!!

My shower backed so I couldn't take t shower 4 two days And, I feel they were looking at me funny about it kinda didn't like it because I've been a good customer 4 some years I been stay there once ever other month on ave for two to five days never felt this way

The shower I found out leaks into the office when I had finished a shower after first arriving I exited the shower to find a man(front desk staff member) in my room standing there telling me my shower is leaking into office below. Which in my birthday suit I told the man I dont care get iut of my room. After getting dressed I went to front desk and they did not change my room so I guess the leak was not that bad. Maintenance was in my room two other days for the leaky shower saying im the one causing it by getting water on the floor.The beds had cigarette burns throughout the bedding and the pillows were flat. The hallways and stairs were stained and dirt everywhere. Staff is unbelievably the worst I've ever run into, they appeared high, loud when they are on break talking with other staff, vulgar, disrespectful and messy. The laundry and vending machine area was dirty. One of the laundry machines was broken. The microwave was filthy. The GM who i have run into before at a slum motel that is now closed is absolutely the rudest person I've even met besides her bf or husband who's a manager there too that she brought over from the old motel. The coffee that was suppose to be every morning was not there we were told it's on back order.

Shady people walking around the building asking if they could be let in. The side door closest to our unit wasn't closed properly and anyone could get in. Heard people shouting in the early morning hours and walking down the hotel hallways. I pictured homeless people as I heard one woman talking about how she had found bottles and something else. Did not feel safe. Hallways and rooms need TLC. There were holes in the bedsheets and shower was gross looking, terrible quality TV with channels having lines running through picture or with no sound. Not even a low rate, but not worth it to stay here to save compared to other hotels. Would never return.

Rates weren't $150+ per night. Location close to concert venue.

Easy check in room is clean a/c and heat work great. The staff do a good job of creating a relaxed setting. Alot of hotels make you feel uncomfortable like your always doing something wrong or your just waiting for the bomb to drop because they make it a point to try to find a reason to upcharge your credit card or take your incidentals deposit. At Motel 6 West they are always there if you need help with something but otherwise they leave you alone to relax and enjoy your stay. I don't feel like I'm being stalked or spyed on.

Quick and easy check in friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and linens great staff who work the front desk and in housecleaning services, great parking and no problems or drama at this location.
