The conditions of the hotel are pretty run down.

That is was close to Allen Hospital and it was inexpensive.

Hotel was really loud from 10-1 a.m couldn’t get much rest due to noise.

They tried to give us a smoking room when I reserved a non smoking room. I asked about early check in they claimed I didn't request that and that wasn't an option, therefore I had to wait around for about 4.5 hours to check in. The bed was very uncomfortable and apparently the designated smoking area is right at the front door.

There was no elevator at this location so we had to climb a flight of stairs to get to our room. This was hard for us older folks. Also all but 1 of the no smoking rooms were on the 2nd floor, would have been nice to have more on 1st floor.

There was no breakfast, only coffee. Rooms were nice, looked like they had new flooring just put down.

Kids and adults yelling and talking all night long. Absolute nightmare Did not get any sleep. Which was the point of staying here. When I checked in. The employee was sleeping at the desk.

Pillows were too few and too flat. The facility itself was filthy. The breakfast was just coffee. There were employees friends hanging out and were creepy. We were uncomfortable with all of the unsavory people just hanging out around the property. The banging thug music from cars in the parking lot was annoying. People smoking all around the facility. Barking untrained dogs everywhere. Poop all over the grass. Prostitution and drugs were rampant. Loud people hanging out in the hallway all hours of the night. Ashes behind bathroom door. No blow drier in room. Remote didn’t work. It was all around a joke I will not be returning

It was very dirty. Smelled like dirty body, marijuana and cigarettes. The property outside was dirty. The bath tub leaked so badly the floor was covered in water. There was a roach in the corner of the bathroom. Cigarette burns in the comforter and stains on the sheets.

Early in the morning, we heard yelling and people in the hallway, but eventually they quieted it down.

The staff was great to us. The young man that helped us check in and out was awesome. He answered all of our questions we had. He did an amazing job.

Room was disgusting and woke up to find two cockroaches, one in bathroom and one by sink. Comforter was all stained up. All you smell is pot and was woken up at 5 am to a man screaming up and down the hall. Would never stay again especially alone.

The room was a smoking room but the smell was not of that but very musty, floor was not very clean not swept or mopped. Definitely need microwave in room and iron and board for convenience. Also site says Continental breakfast and doesn't.

First time in my life I’ve ever walked out of a motel. As soon as we pulled in the parking lot there were sketchy people all over, this place was an obvious druggie hang out. But whatever, we check in and make a bee line up to our room. The entire place smells like pot and body odor. We walk into our room, and one bed is completely stripped, no sheets, blankets, or pillows. There are cigarette hole burns in everything (in a “no -smoking” room). There was so much scum in the bathtub, it was basically black. We walk back down to the front desk and are told that they can give us some sheets and we could make the bed up ourself, but they would have to go find blankets. Or they can give us another room, but it’s a smoking room. Which made me laugh, because this entire place is a smoking room. We were done, asked for a refund. Which the gal gave us, luckily. We went aways down the road to the Quality Inn in Cedar Rapids, which was much nicer. And cheaper!

They refunded me my money.

This place is a trap house drugs non stop traffic heated pool Ice old !! First room was not cleaned second room didn't have microwave! I got charged way to much money to be miserable and woke up every 2 hours because of the ppl across the hall !! WILL NEVER RETURN

Room was dirty looked like blood on the hard wood floor stuff on other things. The bathroom was dirty dint even use the shower smelled bad. Lot of loud ppl all night

Both my vehicles had gas siphoned out of them. Park with your gas tank facing the hotel and under a light. I made the mistake of parking far away from the room and with my gas tank away from the hotel.

The staff was excellent, the room was clean, the place was quiet, and the place was comfortable. For a budget motel this was really a nice place to stay. Everything was clean and the facilities were nice. It is spartan, but if you're looking for something under $100 that's comfortable it works.
