We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe bot that contacted me constantly once I booked. It was a pain. Also the automated "Virtual Check In" - seems silly to talk to a machine with people off the property (and a noisy environment they were all in) when there is a person right at the desk. The check in took way too long, was intrusive and the person had to end up getting it done anyway
Rooms are comfortable although older, kept up well. Staff that were on the property were nice and helpful.

United States of AmericaI was charged for my room at the front desk, and then they told booking.com that we did not show for our reservation, so now we are being double charged... very shady. Also, this hotel is not only 4 miles from St. Helens, Oregon, as stated on booking.com it is actually 42 miles. I spoke with 4 different people at OYO, and the issue still has not been resolved. Also, they could not get in touch with the front desk of OYO woodland where we stayed. Buyer beware!
The place was clean, and the beds were comfy. They had hot cocoa, tea, and coffee available at the front desk.

United States of AmericaThe rooms ok 1 of the 2 rooms we booked looked to had just been remodeled the 2nd room how ever looked in desperate need of a remodeled counter wash almost hanging to the floor the foucet was leeking and moving holes in walls broken covers on ac units janky windows it just really needs a updated remodeled and newer windows as them metal one are not only easy to break in to but not great with keeping cold air out.
I love that the staff considered the total amoutn of guests in each room and made sure we all had towels and they were so sweet I enjoyed the staff

The nice lady checked me in at midnight and I apologized the next morning to her for waking her up. She is a very nice person to do business with. I'm a pilot car driver in my own business and I appreciate people who provide a friendly greeting and a fair price for the accommodation. I look forward every week to spend the first night at the Oyo Hotel in Woodland WA.

United States of AmericaThe first room smelled super bad like cigarette smoke. It had the sketchy hotel feel inside and out. The rooms badly need to be upgraded. One of our rooms had rolled up cardboard soup cup container jammed in the window as the locking mechanism. The first rooms toilet was actually installed crooked.
The staff was so kind and accommodating. I liked the price.
