there were a few very slight issues that truly were more so things that needed to be addressed by maintenance, but we sent an email and got a great response. The internet does go in and out because its dish, so keep this in mind if traveling and needing wifi. its not reliable. but we didnt need it! so we didnt mind at all!

there truly was not much at all that we didnt like. parking was great, the home was stunning, the rooms were decently sized, the kids LOVED the loft area, the view.. AMAZING!! absolutely would stay here again.

The property was wonderful. The only thing we were disappointed in was that every time we called to try to get to the indoor pool, no one could tell us where it was. So my 6 year old missed out on swimming.

I had to call to get the key code when we were on our way because it was not sent to me. Also, we had to check out at 10:00 which made everything more difficult with the tournament. I requested a late checkout but was told no because they said there was another booking. Check-ins are not until 4, I do not feel like an 11:00 check-out would have been too much to agree to.

The cabin was nice and clean. I beds are very comfortable and having a hot tub, pool and air hockey tables, and dart board made our stay more enjoyable.

No instructions for remotes, fireplace, whirlpool. No 9v battery in entire cabin to replace for beeping smoke detector. Had to tape up a towel over it our last night to be able to sleep in room and could still here beeping. While searching for a battery, found folded dirty diaper under one of the beds. The heating of the cabin wasn't consistent throughout. The rooms stayed super warm while the living room area stayed colder.

Very comfortable beds! Lots of the games/arcade/air hockey table, etc. Very spacious. Beautiful cabin overall!

The grill is a bit older took some time to start it but eventually it did start.

Everyone really loved the game room and I loved the Christmas decor the whole place felt really homey.

The hot tub outside the bedroom facing the deck kept us up when it would turn on for good periods of time throughout the night. Suggestions: The mattresses in both bedrooms need to be flipped because they have a lump in the middle causing you to nearly roll off the beds edges. Also a quilted cotton mattress pad on top of the slick mattress encasement would keep the fitted sheets from sliding around whenever you turn over. The grill outside had not been cleaned in quite some time so we used foil to BBQ on top of.

The fabulous view from the rocking chairs & porch swing on the covered back porch added so much to our lovely stay. We also enjoyed the games room upstairs and listening to the crickets at night from the hot tub. The house was very charming with all the wood walls and I would stay here again in a heart beat. Its far enough away from the Vegas Strip of Pigeon Forge so you feel like you are in the peaceful countryside of the Smoky Mountains. We much preferred Wears Valley and surrounding towns for restaurants and shops. For easy hikes I highly recommend the Tremont hike on the way to Cades Cove and also the more crowded but beautiful Laurel Falls hikes.

They obviously had a mouse problem, mouse poop everywhere including the fold out sofa. we got there late at night and I had to clean the pull out beds of chips and mouse poop before my children could go to bed. the second bedroom bed had black hair in it so we had to clean that too. we stayed for 6 days and there was only 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels,and 3 trash bags. we had to go make a trip to supply the cabin.

It has very beautiful decorations, lots of games for family and kids. It also had a beautiful porch. the beds were super comfortable and the kitchens appliances, etc, were stocked nicely.

We enjoyed everything and loved every part of this cabin. It would have been nice to receive the gate code and door code before we arrived but we had to call and ask for the code when we got there.

Absolutely everything. The view was amazing, the cabin was super neat and organized, there was all kinds of board games and all the TV's had DVD players and cable, and the hot tub was fantastic.

The A/C could not properly cool the property. We were in an 81° cabin until the temp finally dropped around midnight on our first night. The grill had 2 empty propane tanks so we also had to cook in the already hot room.
