Can do better when it comes to needing tissues trash bags and other house cleaning products because we had to go out and buy our own cleaning supplies product to clean up the room but other than that it was a wonderful place.

When I called to let them know that we are going to be arriving late they told me that they were going to send me an code to get my room key. They never did but thankfully there last employees were about to leave and they helped me and gave us our keys to the room.

The only complaints we had regarding the unit we stayed in was the following... 1)weird musky odor Everytime we entered but got accustomed to while inside the apartment. 2)no kettle for making herbal tea but ended up using a saucepen. 3)smoke/monoxide detector battery was low and beaped 4)lack of towels for a family 5) no onsuite laundry 6) master shower spigot is very low and required serious hunching for people over 5'9" These are certainly not deal breakers but would have been welcome improvements!

The view was decent with the height. It was nice to have wake boards for the beach. The unit was very clean and the door pad code is excellent rather than having to worry about keys. The resort has many amenities that we didn't get time to evaluate. Beds were very comfortable!

The front entrance of the Renaissance Tower was closed, which resulted in quite a lot of walking.

The grounds are beautiful kept up and the animals living there seem cared for.

Pillows sucked. Hard and flat. Room wasn't as clean as we would have liked. You guys need to fix that third broken elevator. Bad wait times. You need to finish construction around the sides to shorten the walk to the beach.

Wonderful balcony view. Room was perfect size for both of us. Liked the ambience of the live music in the evenings.

Had to walk such a long way for parking. And one i on f the elevators were broke so it took a long time to get down the elevators when people were checking out. Also our room was hot when we first got there and had to purchase batteries for the thermostat. All the vents were closed as well. The couch and recliners were kind of dirty and the pullout bed was so uncomfortable our boys had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep better.

Loved that it was on the beach and the views were great. Pool was awesome and the smoothies were phenomenal. The room was beautiful.

Ocen view was parking lot, very hard to find parking near our room. No pictures of all the pools we only made it to indoor location one day before we left one was closed and never made it to other 2 (indoor- outdoor and one closest to entrance) due to convenience to and not knowing what to expect.

Rooms were nice in size and vary comfortable ocean front very affordable for size and location

A sidewalk behind building A would be nice. Spent alot of time dodging traffic circling the building. Many of the other guests were speeding behind the building. More ramps to exit building A as well. There was only 1 as far as we could tell.

Pools were monitored by the pool police and kids couldn’t have a a ball or anything to play with to have fun as kids do. Even though there were no lifeguards, there were pool police that kept telling everyone not to do stuff, even around the lazy river (water park not) lady was hovering and not that we we’re trying to break the rules. Also, thought construction on the Galley should’ve been done before the summer season started.

Great location, away from Myrtle Beach. Condo was very nice and comfortable.

The pool was dirty couple of days. In our room there was not enough Cookers and pans. I didn’t like that I had to have the kitchen cleaned good enough for the next tenants. Why am I paying for cleaning. Some of the staff was very rude.

A lot for kids to do. Really liked the water park our room was.very nice.

There was plenty to do with the kids and the location was right across from Walmart!!! Water was hot! room was clean!
