We were a bit surprised by how relatively small the room was, but that was our fault for not noticing or checking the square footage of the room, which I imagine was available online. That said, though small, it was sufficient for the two of us on our short stay, and the view made it worthwhile!! I wouldn't say it was spotlessly clean. There was room for improvement in some nooks and crannies, wall over bathroom sink could've been cleaned better,.. Just minor things, nothing that grossed me out or made me feel like I couldn't stay there!

We booked a very last-minute short stay, arriving after dark on a rainy March night. So though we booked a full ocean view room, I can't say we got to enjoy the view that night! However, we did discover the next morning that we had a lovely view of the ocean right from the window of our room. Greatly appreciated the good-sized fridge and microwave as well as the small dining table and chairs in the room as we'd brought food from home to heat for our dinner, The bed was comfy and, though small, the bathroom had everything we needed for an overnight stay for two. Decent water pressure in the shower, something I appreciate! Price was reasonable relatively speaking as compared to what ocean view hotel rooms go for these days. It was quiet and we had a pleasant stay. Though not my first choice for hotels I've stayed at on that strip of Narragansett opposite the ocean, I would go back again if the pricing was right! Shared some photos with apologies I didn't think to snap the ones of the room until our way out, so pardon the towels and messy blanket, etc! ;)

The hotel is quite old but you get what you expect looking at the pictures. The breakfast could be served in a room instead of the entrance.

The table was too small for playing Canasta, although it would have been hard to fit a larger table in the room.

I loved how close this was to Scarborough Beach. Literally just across the road! We walked to the beach several times, including in the early morning to watch the sunrise over the ocean!

I was traveling for work and could not make it during office hours to check in. The office staff made arrangements for me and they were very friendly and helpful. Also, I woke to the sound of waves crashing on the beach across the street (there was a storm the night before) and that was very nice.

Room next to me , guy was hacking and throwing up outside my room. Woke me up at 330am. Yelled at him, he went back in his room and kept me up hacking. Smelt cigarettes smoke in my bathroom probably from him. Otherwise everything was great.

Somewhat cramped room. Miniscule breakfast offering and while we have got used to the woeful use of plastic cutlery so often, it really is the pits when the knife is so weak and bendy you can't even spread your butter with it!

The price! Paid over $300 for one night. It shouldn't have been more than about $130 for the night. The room is very small, the furniture is very old, the shower head looks dingy.

Beach view right out of our door. Mattress/pillow very comfortable. Shower pressure good. The packaged shampoos/soaps (very nice) and shower cap was useful.

Walls are really thin! We woke up to the sound of our neighbor opening the shades! We booked a queen size bedroom but had a full size bed. Not a huge problem but my husband is very tall which is why We booked a queen.

Small rooms and didn’t have a great view- looking into the parking lot but the hotel does a good job of providing room darkening shades to cut down on lights shining in the windows.

Location across from beach is great. Rooms are clean. Good sized refrigerator. Hotel staff called to let us know we had left a cell phone charger behind which was a nice touch.
