The bathroom was dirty. I saw underneath the toilet seat while having a bath and it was filthy. Everything else in the motel room was absolutely fine.

The motel is on a hill and the room we were staying in had no extra safety locks. I felt a little unsafe.

That I got locked out my room when my daughter which is 4 was sleeping. Went through 8 room cards in two nights. They had to fix my door lock and reprogram it to get me in around 7pm sat and by 12am my cards didn't work again. Other than that was ok.

It was clean and warm! Staff was awesome with the issues I had.

The tub either needed a good cleaning or it needs to be replaced. It was kind of gross. The floor was slimy and gritty, and I wish I'd brought some slippers to wear!

The woman joins on heavy side long hair and tanned her manners are awful. I understand this is a tough area and I'm sure she puts up with a lot of bull crap.i just tries to kill her with kindness and I was able to get a smile from her. We come here 3 times a week and that was the first time I saw her smile. Not everyone in this area is on drugs or from the streets. But the weekday night African man is awesome.

Sink leaked all over the floor, room smelled of smoke, they had a stack of ashtrays in the room incase you wanted to smoke. Bookings.com reserved a room that didn’t exist when i got there. Had to pay more. Night clerk was very angry, morning clerk was awesome and friendly. Place was fine, cheap, bed was comfortable and i was there to sleep.

Floor was not totally cleaned. Tub needs to be re- caulked. Toilet was slow going down. Clientele was a little shady and loud. They seemed to use the motel as their permanent residence.

Non smoking room but still smelled gross of smoke. Our first room the lock was broken. Staff gave a new room but stunk awful of smoke and urine. 3rd room, smelled ok upon entry. Noticed the little car deodorizer trees when we returned from dinner. When I got home I noticed my pajamas, luggage and blanket stank of cigarettes. Everything else great and staff was accommodating but smoking is a big issue. My sister is a younger double lung transplant and has to be very careful with toxic odors. Smoking rooms should be on top floor or other side of building.

The floor in the room is not clean, the bathroom has a stinky smell, it comes from under the floor in the restroom under the bed that looks like it was never cleaned, I found there one stinky socks and an empty plastic bottle... One chair handle was broken...
