There was a hole in the floor, where the AC was plugged in . No phone, scratchy towels, extremely uncomfortable beds. I had to go buy an air mattress because it was such a bad mattress.

We had a pet so needed a pet friendly room. It was horrible to say the least. The nice lady checking us in gave me 2 room choices but they were both terrible. The odor was horrendous, so much so that we went out and bought febreeze room spray, fabric spray etc to try and cover up the smell. Old room with rusty sink and tub, floor in front of sink was very spongy like if you stood directly in front you would fall through the floor. Holes in the bedding and curtains. Mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. I've stayed in plenty of pet friendly hotels and none were this bad. I hated leaving my dog there while we were gone for a few hours but thank God she didn't pick up a disease or something. I would never stay there again if it was the last place on earth. I don't understand why Booking.com even lists this motel!

Only positives were the location and the nice ladies in the office.

The staff. They were great to deal with, friendly and happy to help. Yes the place is dated. We knew that coming here. Cheap rates. We were trying to save money so we could do other things. The girls made sure I had lots of coffee and fresh towels everyday. The cleaning ladies did a wonderful job. The front reception were great with answering all my questions and always having a smile on their faces. If I'm every back in the area, I would stay again.

Overall, this property is very rundown. No plug in sink or tub, tattered rug. Stepped on carpet nails. Stained towels on arrival. No facecloths. Took 2 or 3 times requesting replacements before getting.

Only good thing about this place was the fairly comfortable bed

Bedbugs. UNCLEAN room. Stink in Room. A big bird tried to walk into room. Then was walking around my car and walking towards my 2 yr old grand daughter. Probably looking for food. I contacted staff and they laughed, told me to just Shoo it away.

Everything needs improvement. Starting with customer service!!!!!!!

No such thing as breakfast. I stayed there for the convenience of a hospital close by , family member had been. The rooms are discusting, I cleaned sterilize while I was there. Blankets stunk and cigarette burned holes. Walls and rugs were nasty. They over charged me in one occasion. I will never stay there again nor will I refer anyone.

It was awful! They asked us if we wanted smoking or non-smoking rooms, and we said non. We got to the rooms, and both smelled so bad of cigarette smoke, and the bathtub had burn marks all over it. The bathroom door wouldn't close the door jam didn't line up. There were no blankets on the beds only sheet. The extra blankets were in the bathroom area, and they were like burlap sacks. One had a white spot on it that looked like giz... Vending machine nasty! Nothing in it! Ice machine I can't even begin to tell you how bad it was! And it didn't work either!! Very disappointing 😞

The staff is a lovely hard working group of women that take pride in the facility. You feel taken care of here. And, you are not getting over on them. The security is reassuring. Thank you Ladies!

Honestly everything the room was discussing the staff was horrible When I left my s*** smelled so bad like the hoteland then they tried charging me $35 for sheets when they have services for that so I don't know why they're charging me $35.

Honestly I didn't like anything about it comma I would rate it a zero if I could.
