Mediocre, no sausages, only some dried out flat things, and no DECAF coffee the first day we were there. One day they had what tasted like artificial bacon. Good eggs, fruit, juice, and bagels. Ate my fill of these items.

What I found difficult was to make a pre-payment for the reservation. I had to finally speak to the Front Office Director. They advised this was due to fraud but if the payment was made in advance I did not understand how the fraud applied.

Improve parking information on website about valet parking. Website says "We can fit vehicles up to 7' 1". This is not true, the entrance to the parking building clearly states "maximum height 6" 5"". We had the expectation to accommodate a Ford Transit van, but the information on the website was misleading. If the website indicated the actual maximum height we would have looked for other hotels with better parking accommodations.

see above - there must be better shuttle service for people wanting to stay late and watch matches. We paid $200+ each for tickets for the night match and had to give up watching most of it because the shuttle was leaving at 10:45! that is simply way too early; the shuttle should run until the LAST match is OVER!! I will pay extra room rate for this service! It is very important to people coming all the way from Pennsylvania (!) to see the US Open tennis.

Breakfast was delicious, amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave us a free room upgrade which was wonderful, we enjoyed the two TVs and the extra space etc.! Whenever we called for extra towels they came right away!! The location was close to the US Open tennis and it was great to have a free shuttle - suggestion: there should be a shuttle available to take back the people watching the evening matches that run really late! We pay lots of $$ for tickets and please don't tell us, "call an Uber." The Lyft/Uber line for pickup at the US Open late at night is almost two miles long!! Please do the right thing next year and provide the shuttle later than 10:45 pm!! Thanks.

Very dirty carpet in the room. Stains all over. It was disgusting! Came down for buffet breakfast which was included in room rate. At 9:30 am, it was all cleared!! I was told I was too late! Marriott, do better!

There were patches of blood stains on the comforter on the bed and an old fast food packaging on the floor of the bedroom. I am appalled to think that the bedding wasn’t changed/cleaned prior to my stay nor the room properly cleaned or not at all.
