Second floor lobby somewhat tight in space. Although they were smart in creating spaces, storage space, particularly in the restroom is tight.

Great view from the room. Hotel is lively. Good location for a more local experience. Service at check-in particularly helpful.

Our room was only available at 4:00 pm - a little too late in my opinion. in addition, the room itself was very small and not very comfortable. AC was a bit weak, and the bath looked old and damaged. For this price i would expect more (1812$ for 5 nights, no breakfast included).

The toilet got blocked the first day. AC was also not working properly so I had to call twice for someone to fix these.

Fitness center was very small and had no place for stretching or using the free weights.

Breakfast was a tad pricey but was tasty and had excellent service.

Room had a slight musty smell - the corridors had a lovely fresh smell

Great location - rooms compact but comfortable and good shower. Friendly staff. Could get packages delivered to hotel prior to arrival at no additional charge. Close to subway stations - easy to get around - close to excellent restaurants and shops - would definitely come back again.

Very small room ! lots of noise from customers slamming with their doors . Lots of noise from all the Air Conditioning units on the roofs. Hall in the morning not cleaned: garbage left on carpets in the hall

Room service was pretty expensive for the limited menu. There was supposed to be a QR code with the updated menu in our room, however it wasn’t there. Room service menu should be snackable, shareable items, with a couple main dishes.

Didn’t like drawers in bottom of bed for clothes. No slippers. No glasses in bathroom for drinking water or for toothbrushes/toothpaste. Coffee shop not open until 11 am on Sunday.

Great location. Very comfortable bed. Great gym. Lots of mirrors. Could open windows for fresh air. Good ti have iron plus ironing board which I used. Attractive restaurant and bar.

The guy in the cafeteria. The price was on the high side. I booked 3 nights and then had to cut my stay shorter by a day and the price per night increased so the total was not proportionally reduced. A closet with some shelves is missing to conveniently put you clothes.

The stay was good overall. Location is amazing. the staff was very nice and helpful except the guy in the cafeteria who was annoying in both occasions I interacted with him. The bed is very comfortable I had a great sleep.

The $150.00 lean on my account for each night I was there. Three nights meant $450.00.

The food offering, drinks and ambience of the bar was very enjoyable. The bedroom was cleaned daily to an impeccable standard.

Large "room damage" deposit ( $150 per day x9 days!) required ,The first Hotel we ever experience this and it took a week after we left till the holding deposit to clear up on our credit card. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room ( they did lend us a kettle) . No fridge in the room ( it would be a problem for summer). A hotel of this calibre should have coffee/tea making facility The floor to celing curtains was stuck ( could not close) and fell apart on a few nights, luckily its winter so its not so bad, bed head has prominent marks and stains . The room is showing its age

Our room was the corner room 1604, 2 sides with large windows. Bedding is comfortable and the heating temperature control is precise which is good. Bath room is excellent, with a window . Great view of the city from all windows

The room wasn't really super clean when we first entered (found some hair in the bathtub). We could also hear the people in the room next to us so it wasn't really quiet sometimes event late at night.

The view from our room was very nice since we were on higher floors. Neighbourhood is nice with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Metro stations are on few minutes walking from the hotel which was great for us.

That it was super cold in the room and they had aircondition-systemet but it wasent blowing hot Air when u are laying in bed.. i had to sleep with a binie on and thick clothes.. that they didnt have a kettel or a frigde in the room

First og all the placement , the room was super Big and such a Nice view from the balcony.. and from the window beside the bed i loved the design of the room😍 i had room on (p1)penthouse floor..Their food in the restaurant was super delicious .. the bed was the best bed i have ever slept on.. Can somebody tell me what brand the matress and pillows are?😃
