Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Hong KongNot clear from the listing that it's a VRBO / Airbnb style self check in situation. Walls/ floors a bit thin, luckily my fellow guests were quiet. Access with luggage is up stairs or down a small alley if you park in the back. Parking is limited. Doors needed to be locked when leaving so the front doors can be left unlocked accidentally.
Great location. Room reasonably clean, quite comfortable and spacious. Common area very spacious and had fridge and table and terrace. Lockers available for luggage storage if you need it, convenient for the day after you check out.

CanadaThe property looks to be in a quiet suburban area on the photos but is actually on a very busy street (although set back and above it). The property has a number of rooms and ours was at the top of two sets of stairs. This might be a problem for those with a lot of heavy luggage. Our room was clean but did not seem to have been dusted recently. I had to oil the hinges on the bathroom door to stop their loud squeaking. Parking is a nightmare if you can't get to park in the limited space available behind the property. We could only find street parking about two blocks away on one night when we couldn't park at the property.
[We were visiting family in Silver Lake and this was the best rated place I could find that was near] The property feels quite new and our room was quite spacious with a separate bathroom. It had a sink and a fridge (but no plates or utensils). Our room faced the rear of the building and so was quiet. There is room for about 3 vehicles to park behind the property off the laneway and this is very much needed (see below).

United KingdomVery little! Once we had been swapped out of our initial room due to faulty air conditioning, our stay was a breeze. We were very grateful to you guys for helping us out
We loved the location. Echo park is so fun and has such a great vibe. We loved walking out of the hotel and being immediately in the heart of the buzz! The hotel was clean and smart, and the decor was very welcoming. The staff who dealt with our initial problems on arrival were helpful and provided excellent solutions to our issues. We would be back in a heartbeat

United States of AmericaNOON Would be 10/10 if it had a deep clean and a refresh. Mend gouges in walls , touch up interior paint , affix coat hook that was still hanging off wall our last stay a year ago. . Hire a More thorough cleaner . Same hair was on our shower wall over 3 night stay. Outdoor furniture was filthy.
Big room , spacious decks, nice beds, kitchen. Convenient location for us visiting family in echo park , but could feel a little isolated for tourist visiting LA.

United States of AmericaThere were hair on my bed and coffee stain on the counter drawer. I’ll give 6/10 for cleanness at least for my experience. You can hear people walking, showering and coughing above/next to you. Not a big issue to me but may not be a great place for light sleepers.
Great location, free parking (rare!), cute deco and quiet neighborhood with abundant choices of eateries in waking distance. Fast wifi and overall good value for money.

United States of AmericaRoom #5 that I was staying in could use a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint on the walls. Walls were looking pretty scuffed up. Windowsills and baseboards and other areas noticeably dusty/grimy. AC didn’t seem to be working.
Great location, walking distance from many shops and restaurants. Quiet, tranquil setting. Easy self-checkin and checkout.

Canada-When all the spots in the parking garage were taken, I had to find a spot on the streets which sometimes took a bit too long to my liking. -A bit far from the metro station.
-The hotel was very quiet and the room comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there. -Walking distance to Dodger Stadium.

United States of AmericaI think this place is great for long stays in LA. You’re well connected to several parts of the city by car. And when you don’t feel like driving there’s a lot to do and see within walking distance. This is our second stay here and we’ll most likely stay here again on our next visit.

United States of AmericaNoon used to be an INCREDIBLE deal: independent VRBO-style living with housekeeping, great location, and well designed common areas. Now they've DOUBLED their rates -- it feels like paying for a hotel with zero added amenities!
Location is always a winner. Love the ease of coming/going as if staying at a home. Common areas and porches are bright and welcoming for a morning coffee or mid-day computer session.

GermanyThe accommodation is compared to other properties quite pricy. Considering this I would have wished for a better mattress and that the TV would have been setup properly. Luckily my husband is quite tech fit and reset everything. As it is a residential area the first morning we were woken up early in the morning by garbage trucks taking their rounds. If you stay in room 1-4 you don’t know where to find laundry options (it is in the other entrance that takes you to first floor upstairs). As nobody answered my message to the property, the next day the housekeeper could kindly help us and we finally also managed to get coins from the supermarket down the street. As mentioned a nicely designed house but maybe not the perfect option for every traveller.
Nice modern design of the room, nice kitchen, opportunities for laundry. I don’t agree with some reviews that it is only an instagram location as everything was nicely setup to chill and relax. Access to the location was described well in the emails. I agree that arriving at night it is still not easy to find the entrance gate. FYI: The property entrance more to the left is less steep and has less stairs (better for those traveling with lot of luggage). The accommodation is as mentioned in a residential area what was a bit of a disadvantage for us coming without a car but with Lyft we managed to get around. As by a friend of us the area is popular for live music. For us it was a good stopover with opportunities to cook, chill and do our laundry.
