they need to power wash the sidewalks on the first floor. the property would look cleaner. The office was closed when I left. I had to leave keys in the room and I did not get a receipt. I did not like the fact that i have to pay for parking.

Very small room bed was on a platform that was very noisy and scrapped our legs I was under the impression that there was direct access to the beach but you have to cross over a highway and a road there is a crosswalk so it's not to bed but everything there is very overpriced as with most resort areas food was expensive and underwhelming..next time we will take a grill and make our own food still overpriced to stay 4 nights for 678.00 but we went 4th of July weekend so more expensive

The room was newly updated and the pool was clean and nice size the location was good not to far from the ocean and boardwalk..go to the horse island it was amazing and you get a 7 day pass for 25 dollars we went twice fantastic..the staff where helpful if asked but kept a distance

The pool was very dirty. Pool guy there every day but only cleaned the pool one time during my 6 days there. Disappointing. Hair, bugs, leaves, sand and a lot of styrofoam pieces in the pool. Yuck!

d , .,switched rooms first room had moisture damage damp in room, had flies , toilet did not flush. 2nd room same smelled like mildew flies everywhere AC made loud noise blew out warm air, water damage from moisture in bathroom, dampness on bed sheets, due too mildew, vent in bathroom broken clogged with dust. Will never stay again! Quite disappointing for the cost of one night stay. or even a week

There were ants everywhere.. they offered us a different room which I thought was great! but our new room was smaller and up another flight of stairs. after coming back to the beach in the new room there were ants in here as well.

Pool was not working and parking is NOT available. you have to pay, even though it says it is. Rooms are dingy and furniture is so cheap I thought the chairs and bed would fall apart. This place is a dump and the staff are not kind about anything. The pool was shut down and I only paid the extra cost for that and of course, no discount. Stay somewhere else! save yourself the hassle of dealing with scammers!

They let some people in the pool but not us, wifi sucks , no room service , no phones . Bed it’s really uncomfortable .

It took us four tries before we got an acceptable room that we were willing to stay in! There were no top sheet on two of the rooms. One bathroom was flooded! One room had not been cleaned yet! One of the rooms had a powdery residue on the table and the toilet was dirty!

The walls were so thin, you can hear your neighbors talking and partying. No consideration for others. They were up till 530 am. If your a light sleeper forget this place you will be miserable. The toilet flushed slowly we had to hold the handle down. The tv remote didn’t work.

Had to book last minute. Affordable. It was clean. And the staff was very nice.

The bathrooms were dirty, as if they were not cleaned at all before our stay. The sheets and pillowcases were full of stains.

The young manager was extremely helpful and took total responsibility for lack of cleanliness in the rooms. He addressed the issues as soon as I presented them to him. He is definitely overworked...doing jobs that he should not have had to. He needs a raise!!! The location was great. Having a pool was a nice touch.

I had to figure out where the remote control was and where the electrical outlet was and why wouldn't the lamp work. When I took a shower the floor of the tub was squishy. I was afraid that I might fall. I decided not to use the outside shower and changing room because it looked nasty!! Also I think someone smoked in the room because it had a nasty smell!!

I liked the pillows and bed, very comfortable!!

The bathroom toilet was filthy and there was no where to hang clothes, no hooks or clothes rack in room 109. The pool was dirty but, a nice plus for the stay.

There was food in the fridge when I got there, the ac was extremely loud and I could barely sleep, the bathrooms were dirty and Uncleaned. The room smelled like straight bleach and the floors weren’t cleaned.

I liked the pool and how close it was to the boardwalk and mini golf places.

Room way to small. Bed was not comfortable. Detail cleaning not done all season. Dried on dirt, sand, hairs, etc. Especially in bathroom.

Location, staff friendly and helpful. Prices were good. Be willing to pay a little more if these" what I did not like we're taking care of. Do your homework
