United States of AmericaNo linens of any kind , front desk had absolutely no towels for shower. Also, no morning food, or snacks, they only had coffee and it tasted horrible. I dont know who's job it is to buy morning snacks for the guests , but BIG FAIL! Shame on you ESA BREA

United States of AmericaWeird noises coming from next door , neighbor was up all night partying , at one point the couple started arguing very loud. I reported to the manager who was a Mr Troy, & he did absolutely nothing to change my room or the disruptive neighbors. I felt that more could have been done about my situation, but he didn't do anything about my situation, I guess I was supposed to just sit there in my suite & just take it. I told him early Saturday morning, April 1st, 2023 and he did absolutely nothing. What kind of management is that ? Not pleased!

United States of AmericaI arrived at the property on the tail end of a 6hr drive. A few minutes early for check in, the desk attendant refused to let me use a restroom unless I paid for early check-in. The room lacked any form of eating utensils or even a cup other than the plastic wrapped ones in the bathroom. I went to the lobby to ask for a fork….the room had a sign telling me that if I needed any of these things (which are usually IN the rooms in extended stay). The desk attendant told me they didn’t have anything they could give me. No utensils available for the rooms. And then told me that I couldn’t have any of the utensils for the on-site breakfast either. The room wasn’t particularly clean either. The bed had been made but the bedroom and bathroom floors were filthy as was the shower/sink. The whole thing sounds rather contradictory to your brand, doesn’t it? Extremely disappointing experience.

My wife asked him about changing rooms , and he dramatically said he had no more rooms , our room was filthy , bathtub full of black mold. Closet full of black mold. Sheets were not clean & itchy. I wish I could give no stars . This hotel is a dump for what you pay. Find another hotel. You may pay a little more, but well worth it.

Troy the manager 🙄 acted so high & mighty with us that I have never seen anything like it. Just a bad attitude and nasty demeanor about him, like he tries to pretend to be nice , but he could really care less. Like he'll look you straight in the face with a smile , but then talk behind your back first chance he gets. Not professional in my my opinion. Also the mattress was so dated and uncomfortable, they need to really replace every room with new mattresses & box springs. I'm sure they have an expense account for the property, every hotel does.

United States of AmericaThe shower was disgusting. Mildew, black between grout, no shelf to put your soap or shampoo, the chrome was anything but clean. The kitchen burners were rusty. 1 plastic cup to use for 4 days!!! I even asked front desk for replacement. The hair dryer kept disconnecting from the outlet. The TV had only TV channels and no option for movie channels. Right outside my front door we’re 3 garbage cans. Coffee Mate is artificial and the muffins tasted nothing like a baked product.

United States of AmericaThe Cockroach infestation in our room, the sketchy lady washing her car with a Lysol wipe at 11:45pm, the various men walking around the property with purpose of only which they knew, the smell in the room, the itchy pillows that we covered with t-shirts the first night, until we could get out of there.
The Refund we got after one night stay was the highlight of this stay. The Front office staff were nice.
