Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Short staffed, took a while to check in, one staff member was answering phones and doing check-ins at 3:30 in the afternoon. One kitchen staff member was frantically trying to meet everyone's needs for the free breakfast. Didn't appreciate freeway noise in the late night hours. The room could use more light near the full length mirror.
Building was easily recognizable, clean, smelled great. We never felt overly crowded. Most staff members were very friendly. Atmosphere was great, pool was wonderful.

Too much furniture in the small space. Pack full parking lot.
Beds and sofa we're comfortable. Rooms and lobby's were clean. Location was right off the freeway, but if felt like there was no parking. We couldn't even drive up to the doors.

Very good breakfast, with a variety of hot foods. Breakfast attendant was very helpful and friendly, constantly refilling empty items. Very nice! Room was spacious, very clean.

Nothing! Everything was great! I can't think of anything that we didn't like. Keep up the good work. Ok, maybe have more coffee in the room. That's it.
We stay here annually on our trip back from Montana. The staff was friendly and professional as always. The property is always clean and maintained well. The staff accomodated our request for a specific room location.

The hall near the elevator and the elevator itself could use more upkeep, but the room was very clean and welcoming.
The property is fairly new; overall it is very clean. The breakfasts were hearty and delicious. The beds were comfortable with more than one pillow type to choose from. The hotel is dog-friendly and they did not charge us extra for our dog, which was very much appreciated. The location isn't the best but there is easy access to the area if you have a car.

Unsure about where to park when lot is full. Also longer than expected waiting at front desk.with only one person behind the counter.
Certainly met the needs for this trip. Close by our destination and easy freeway access. We had a larger room with kitchen and refrigerator, which we wanted.

Checked in on Wednesday with a rate of $150.00 and I thought that would be my rate for the entire stay. When I received my statement this morning Thursday was $160.00 and Friday was 170.00. Was not satisfied with not being informed of the daily increase.

It is located in a great spot and for the most part is very clean. However, the staff at the front both during check in and check out of my stay were not very personable at all. I didn’t feel the love like i usually do when. I travel. Also there was a dog barking the whole day and night. I paid more for the bigger room but it ended up being the same size as the others just with more stuff shoved in there. So needless to say it was a super tight fit. The breakfast was great!

Our room wasn't freshened up after our first night. The hotel was full and so finding parking was difficult.
The location was good, across the interstate from Utah Valley University. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast. Rooms were clean.

The beds were somewhat uncomfortable. I felt like they should have been better for the price point.
I loved the location. It was easy access to the freeway and had some nearby by restaurants. The staff was great and the breakfast tasty.

I wish there were a place to refill water bottles cleanly. We try to use no plastic water bottle when we travel, but we didn’t have anywhere to refill.
Great quiet room. Nice pool and hot tub that stays open nice and late for tired travelers with kids. Breakfast was great for a family.

They just reopened the full breakfast, it was a much appreciated change from cold & packaged food. Phillip and Henry @ the front desk were friendly, knowledgeable, & enhanced our stay in the area.
